Hotel is 3 star budget. Everything is fine and good. Quite place but if the highway is noise then it is another story.

Stayed at Hotel MinCott recently and was pleasantly surprised. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it does the job well — clean rooms, quiet environment, and everything worked as expected. One of the highlights is the location, especially if you need to visit NSK supermarket nearby — just a few minutes' walk away. There are also plenty of local eateries around, which makes it easy to grab a quick meal. The staff were efficient and check-in was smooth. For the price, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a no-frills stay in the Kuchai Lama area.

Just stay for a night to attend relative wedding. Simple and not much to complain about. Near my restaurant this what I want.

the hotel provides free parking and to be honest it's so clean. not even a single dust can be seen inside the room.

Been staying at this hotel couple of times for the year because of its price and location. Price is affordable for it is a budget hotel with very basic amenities. Location is ideal for a short stay which is very near to the KL city center and accessible to various part of the city by toll highways just adjacent to the hotel. Hotel is surrounded by shops and many eateries, so foods are no issue at all if one needs to fill the stomach from breakfast to diner. Room is very basic with wifi and TV but no tooth brush and hair dryer needs to loan from the reception counter. Cleanliness is above average but floor is sticky and no slipper provided. Aircon is functioning well but the sound proofing is an issue as outside noise can be heard cleary from the adjacent highway for almost all night long. So it's not recommended for the light sleeper to choose rooms with windows. Overall it's value for money if one needs a short stay when in KL.

Soundproof need to improve as can hear nearby room open and close the door.

The hotel is quite simple, and while the location is a bit remote, there's a convenient café on-site. It's advisable to bring plenty of food with you. My little sister couldn't stop praising the friendly lady at the counter who was working on January 31, 2024. Keep up the great service! Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, and if you need an iron, just request it at the counter and they'll deliver it to your room.

Toilet seat and bowl very dirty. Room floor dirty and sticky. Air-conditioning not cooling at all even set at minimum. Receptionist very friendly.
