Accommodation very close to the city. Distance from accommodation only five minutes to Bukit Bintang.Price very reasonable and very satisfied.Highly recommended to stay here.

My room was large and comfortable, with tasteful decor. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary water boiler and nice city view from my room… only need to change sofa is broken

Received clear instructions for check in via whatsapp. But upon arrival, long queue and slow check in processing upon arrival. Close to an hour before we are done. When we reach our apartment, we realised the apartment is not clean. There are cockroachs everywhere and the floor is sticky. When we check with staff, they told us no rooms available and ask us to bear with it for a night and will call pest control tomorrow morning. They didn’t even offer us Baygon till i requested for it. It was readily available at their check in counter which tells me that this is not a once off issue. And then later somehow, they managed to find rooms for us to change after i complain to Trip and requested to cancel my remaining nights and compensation.

Very recommended to those travel with family. The apartment very comfortable, wide and spacious with a nice city view.. high security and easy parking.. will come again with my family.

Got a complimentary room upgrade, so no complaints there, though I was expecting a slightly better view. At least can see the top of KL Tower. Location is very convenient, close to Bukit Bintang, with easy access to Grab and other e-hailing services to move around. Parking is RM12 per night (until check-out time) with unlimited entry and exit during your stay, just remember not to lose your QR code. One downside: I’m not a fan of the shower area design. There’s a stair-like step down which can be a falling hazard if you’re not careful. It’s also not very child- or elderly-friendly, even though there’s a handrail provided on the left side. Important note: This is Swiss Garden Residence, which is different from the Swiss Garden Hotel located next door.

large room.. near to berjaya times square, jalan alor and sungei wang.. the food for breakfst quite frustrated

We have booked king size bed for the room but they offered 2 single beds put together to pretend king size bed. This was misleading, the mattress made our back pain. The bathroom had bad smell and we found cockroach in the kitchen washing basin. So disappointing for this stay.

The check in procedure is complicated and clearly defined. Amenities are obsolete and many are not in working order. Disappointed and may not come again Moh

Nice hotel we’re going to 4 days trip there.very nice place and very clean have swimming pool, Children play ground and gymnasium. We enjoy 4 days Swiss garden Residence hotel.Nice experience

A very dissappointing experience with the management Maple Home!!.I was told theres no room when I was in front of the counter on 8/8 due to ovelapped booking and them having taken RM150.00 deposit from me.It was such an unprofessional way of Maple Home to operate business like this.Due to this I was late to my event.Much later I was given still a room.The room was okey lah.Quite basic but appropriate wt the price.Tq to Trip.Com for compensating my very bad experience with some tokens.

Check-in: The check-in process was quite slow and inefficient, as too many guests were arriving simultaneously. Safety: Felt very secure. Facilities: Well-equipped and comprehensive. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Quiet and comfortable. Service: Prompt and responsive.
