The hotel staff were all incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive; their service attitude was truly excellent and left our whole family very satisfied. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel itself had a great design with many lovely spots for photos. The surrounding area was also very convenient, with plenty of good restaurants, and we enjoyed taking leisurely strolls nearby and admiring the scenery. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant. We had mistakenly chosen the wrong hotel for our previous three nights, which made us a bit disappointed with Kuala Lumpur. However, coming here completely changed our minds; this hotel truly made me fall in love with Kuala Lumpur again and gave this trip a wonderful ending. If I ever have the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely choose to stay here! ❤️

This hotel completely blew me away! It's usually so hard to get through to overseas hotels, and communicating important details can be a nightmare. But with this place, I called three or four times and always got a response. Even though they didn't have Chinese-speaking staff all the time, we could still communicate, and the service was absolutely excellent. When I checked in, I even asked the front desk for two power adapters. They also helped us with our luggage to the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Plus, they have a bar, a restaurant, a gym, and a pool, all of which are beautiful and luxurious. Honestly, I don't understand why there are any negative reviews. This was genuinely the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Singapore and Malaysia. The front desk guy was also really handsome and adorable; even though I didn't speak English, he kept trying to joke around, which was a lot of fun!

Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent. The design has a real artistic flair, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view – beautiful both during the day and at sunset. The staff were very welcoming and check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was good, and both the common areas and the pool were unique. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it super easy to get around. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur.
