room was spacious, reception staffs was friendly. the buffet vegetarian bfast was delicious and have plenty of choices from western, Indian and Chinese flavour

I am thankful for upgrading my reservation room . The toilet was huge and separated with the bathroom. The service was alright but needed to wait a moment as the air conditioning was to weak . I called for two times for stronger air conditioning. Yet the temperature was just cool enough. Location was good and the breakfasts were fine. Recommend for a few days trip.

Location is great. Ample parking lots, no free parking but flat rate of rm15 per day. Free upgrade to bigger room. Free snacks and drinks in the room. Hotel is abit outdated but overall is good. Will book again if going KL. Breakfast was included in the room fare. Vegetarian breakfast is acceptable.

Room 3103 Tho they upgraded me but i’m still not satisfied with their room 1. We didn’t know we have turn on heater to shower .. end up showering in cold water damn freezing cold then when i called guest service she told me i have to stitch on the heater 🙄 2. The quilt cover has red stains not sure if it’s blood stains .. damn horrible felt so uncomfortable covering myself with it .. dun tell me when the cleaners change bedsheet that time she/he didn’t see or saw but just dun care? So this your hotel standard? 3. Breakfast was lousy .. it’s vegetarian food .. non meat .. the siew mai really CMI think i only ate prata eggs and toast .. So many people in my group was complaining too .. Haloooo everyone is a vegetarian ok!

Our stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel was extremely disappointing and unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. Despite paying a premium rate for the 2 bedroom suite , our arrival was frustrating from the start. We arrived late in the evening and were incorrectly told that we had booked an apartment instead of the hotel, so we were refused access to the lift leading to the hotel reception by the security guards who dont soeak english or malay well. This misinformation resulted in a long walk from the car park with our luggage, only to reach the reception where the staff themselves seemed unsure about our booking and what was happening. Our reservation also included an extra bed, but it had not been set up before our arrival. After the confusion and delays, we were simply too exhausted to pursue the matter and just wanted to get through the night and check out the next day. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was primarily vegetarian, with very limited variety, and the available options did not meet our expectations. Overall, the stay was poorly managed from check-in to check-out. Considering the premium price we paid, the experience fell far short of expectations. We would not choose to stay here again.

The room was really spacious even toilet had bathtub.It was high story can see the view of the Petronas

Stay here with my small family for 3D2N. So far services and hospitality is excellent and excited to stay here. Staff so far very friendly started from registration/reception until guard is friendly and always smile and great us. Unfortunately our family has facing a small problem where our air conditioner not functioning very well. Done report the situation and staff handling this problem with professional and fast acting. Because it late already my family decide to stay until the morning and change to another room in the next days. Breakfast menu here is very good and delicious, very recommend to those looking for a great trip with love or family. Location is strategy and easy to access all location we wanted to goes. Will repeated in the future!
