Very disappointing stay. The first room was dirty, with hair on the floor, plaster bagworms and moths. The manager kindly arranged a room change, but the second room wasn’t much better. The air-conditioning had a foul smell, and I developed an allergic reaction after lying on the bed. I contacted the hotel management to raise my concerns, and they did get back to me, which I appreciate. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were still far below what I would expect from a hotel. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the hygiene standards for future guests. Avoid Room 104 and 107 specifically as I’ve developed some sort of skin allergy reaction from there.

The staff is very friendly. The room is clean. Just need to improve lift service that is very slow and single bed could be sturdier as it a bit soft

Frontdesk Syfa and cleaner called Manan are very helpful, friendly and supportive. Hotel is clean, no smell. Near to mrt, 3-5mins waking. Just sometike you hear noise from the next building - gym. Every morning there's a noise. Hotel itself it's pretty quiet and good for sleeping, im noise sensitive, it's good for me. Hanger is to high for shorties like me, the hanger is locked so i cant take down and put my clothes.

I highly recommend this hotel! Beyond the excellent service, they are incredibly friendly to foreign travelers. They even accommodate your schedule for housekeeping, which is super convenient for those visiting from out of town. The fact that they fulfill so many reasonable requests alone makes it worth recommending!

This place is the nearest found to my training venue. Room are all good but just the parking is not included, so expect to pay the parking rates. can be quite pricey and it is per entry rate.

It’s kinda hard to find this hotel. The parking is not waivable as it is not under hotel. Value for the price.

I chose this hotel because it's conveniently close to the concert venue. The room was a bit small, and I didn't have any slippers – I'm not sure if they forgot to put them in or if they simply don't provide them. It was too late to ask when I got back after the concert. The soundproofing isn't great, and the elevator is quite slow. There aren't many dining options nearby. The only positive was the front desk lady, who was very nice.

The bathroom was quite dirty, with mould visible on the mirror, sink, and corners of the walls. Not recommended if you are particular about cleanliness.

Very very old. Wet toilet. Toilet cover has yellow stain. Means used a lot of time but hotel didnt change it. Nearby the IDEAL LIVE MALL, but has to cross no traffic light big road, the path is rough but is very dark if after dinner. Seems dangerous. Arrd hotel at 1pm, but staff said had to wait until 2pm for check in and she didnt let us storage the luggage. Suggest Trip.com to cancel the cooperation😣

The mattress is really soft which is not what we prefer as we’re experiencing back pain from bad sleeping posture due to how soft the mattress and the pillow was. The service was okay. But the next morning when we head down for breakfast we can see a receptionist staff bare feet laying down on the sofa which is not a good view to look at. Meals are limited but pretty decent 👍 Amenities are just right, but the body wash was out, which should have been checked or refilled before letting anyone stay in. The AC is not cold enough especially with the position of the room we’re at where the sun light directly shines into it during afternoon. Left it on for hours while we went out to have it still barely feel cold, and it can be warm during night time. Small note that the parking fee is not waived. Overall okay, much can be improved

Not a pleasant stay for me! Check out at 11 but cleaner come and keep the door bell at 10.25! And ddnt say anything when we ask from inside!

Room are clean and comfortable, when I turn on the aircond that have a bit noisy.

Room is dirty, with snot on the floor in the bathroom, sand inside the bed on the sheets. Breakfast is quite poor. Service not great (had to wait for the manager to start his 8am shift to complete check out).

Because I had dinner at One Utama, I temporarily looked for this hotel nearby. The price is on the lower side, but the hygiene is quite poor. The toilet was leaking, and the paint on the walls had bubbled up, probably due to long-term moisture. There was also a fair amount of dust in the room. I hope the hotel understands that while I don't expect 100%, visible issues should be addressed as much as possible.
