Hotel near to food stall and KWC mall. Traffic jam around peak hour. Far from KLCC. Pool okay but gym under maintainance.

The rooftop space is accessible from 9am onwards. It offers a great view of all the highest landmarks in KL. The current bar serves alcohol and halal food. On the ground floor there is a 7-11 convenience store and a large shop selling snacks imported from China. Pudu LRT is a 5min walk away, using a pedestrian overhead bridge and a partially covered path. Many food options in the streets behind, in the way of coffeeshops and mid-range eateries.

One of the favorite room for my family and friends because its located in the middle of KL area.The services is good and nearby mart.

Cannot store any luggage at lobby counter , for few minutes also can't. Must pay deposit RM200 online before check in. Terrible service, so many house rules...

This hotel has a cockroach problem! There were lots of gaps in the tiles and flooring so cockroaches could hide. Asked the staff to come and spray the cockroaches but they took 10+ minutes to come up. Toilet also had a sewer smell. Would not recommend!

Location good. You can actually check out at 12. The pool is free and the restaurant there is good and cheap and has a great view. The room is very nice at first glance but once you inspect it closer you find flaws. There was a cockroach in the shower. It was also very moldy, could use a proper bleaching. The toilet had weird sounds and smells coming out. There is no outlet next to the bed. And the ones next to tv have poor connection. Also, it was kind of concerning that the next door room had a hole in the door and was completely trashed (last two pics). I was kinda scared. I would have appreciated an explanation or something.

Room is great, just that the requirement of hotel while check in require rm200 as deposit, not flexible.

Room is ok but we got the room that facing the street so it is very noisy even at night time. Unfortunately, luggage service/deposit is not available before check-in and after check-out. The hotel staff informed us to deposit the bag wih security guards who will charge us 10RM per bag. The waiting area has limited seat so we have to carry our bags until we can check-in. If you plan to have a place with free luggage service,pls consider somewhere else.

Way to car park too small for big car..

There was about a little smelly in the room but anything else was fine..
