Had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The property is new and clean, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the bed was a bit small, but overall, it was a great stay. Would consider coming back!

The hotel is very new, having just been built and recently opened. Its location is excellent, just an 8-minute walk (550m) to Pavilion. Moreover, it’s not on the busy street near Pavilion, so you won’t encounter traffic jams. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the facilities are comprehensive, even providing a water bucket, a microwave, and filtered water that can be accessed directly from the room’s pantry sink. Many of the amenities are thoughtfully designed. The only issue is that the hotel outlets do not include a Type-C charger. If they had that, it would be perfect!

Wonderful, modern hotel. The room is cosy with a nice pantry, very clean, tidied neatly everyday.
Location is convenient. 5 minute walk to Pavilion.
With some restaurants around.
Would stay again.

First time staying here, frequent the JB branch so I was having a high expectation for capri her and it did not disappoint at all! cleanliness and the customer service is excellent!

We recently stayed at Capri by Fraser hotel and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The check-in counter staff were particularly attentive to our 3-year-old boy, which made our stay even more special. The staff even prepared a thoughtful gift for him and gave us a warm send-off.
On our last day, we had lunch at the hotel's restaurant, and Abier and Fiteri were just as wonderful—helpful and patient, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel room itself was very modern and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment for our stay.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

A great and convenient location to shopping mall and restaurants. Easy to grab a taxi and food outside as well. Room is big and clean. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is good 👍

Capri by Fraser at Bukit Bintang is one of the top hotel in my list, the super big size bathroom is what I like. Modern and luxury, definitely worth the money.
