The hotel room is ok but the toilet bowl is clogged, the shower drain hole is clogged. Btw, is convenient to have meal or shops as bellow is a mall.

Pros: Location inside the mall. Easy access to eateries and shopping. Friendly staffs. Cons: Got what I requested, except the Wi-Fi was like chipsmore. The bathroom door could not be fully closed and need extra force to open and shut. Water was hot especially for the bidet which didn't even have hot or cold water options. Air conditioner could not be adjusted. The TV picture quality wasn't clear and bad for a 4-star, and the breakfast - tak sedap.

The hotel lobby is at the 5th floor. The hotel staff is polite and nice during my check in. The room is clean and when you enter, you feel comfortable. Bed is just right for me. The view is great. Never try the hotel food because there are so many places to eat around the hotel. Checking out staff is polite and friendly too.

Part of the facilities is renovated hence it feel new , Aircon and shower is good. Pillows are both hard type. Tv is kind of small in the big room. Room is lack of lighting

Great stay! The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to everything I needed. The breakfast was also nice. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is just above the Pearl Point Shopping Mall and very convenient as there are a variety of restaurants. Jaya Grocer and Decathlon are also in the mall. Breakfast in the hotel is very good with variety of food (breakfast as shown in photo attached). Parking is plenty and flat rate of RM5.50 per day, just need to inform at hotel lobby your car number plate. Overall this is my third time staying at this hotel. I would highly recommend.

The previous two times I stayed here, I was on the 15th floor. This time I'm on the 10th floor, and it hasn't been renovated yet. The chair is broken, and the tap water is yellowish-brown. My room is a bit better, but in other rooms, the water is dark brown. I don't even know how people are supposed to shower.

Great stay overall! The hotel is located right above a mall in the city center, which is super convenient. There are tons of food options and restaurants just downstairs, so you’ll never go hungry. Getting around is easy too, most tourist attractions are within 30 minutes. Besides, The view from my room! I could see three famous KL landmarks, which was really cool, especially at night.

Room is large, bed is very comfortable, toilet is clean and there is fridge, iron and hair dryer in the room. The parking is shared with mall parking and the hotel charged rm5 per day.

Pros: Excellent location. Very convenient for dining and shopping. Cons: ＞ 1. Check-in Policy: Arrived 10 minutes early (2:50 PM) and was made to wait until 3 PM sharp, despite the check-in process taking another 15 minutes anyway. 2. Noise: Construction/renovation was happening on L16 while I was on L15. This was not mentioned during the booking process. 3. Staff: The morning check-out staff was not friendly or welcoming. Summary: I wouldn't stay here again unless they improve their communication regarding renovations and train their staff in basic customer service.

Was at this hotel for 1 night to celebrate my birthday. Hotel is attached to pearl point shopping mall. Parking is also shared with the mall at a flat rate rm5 per day. Parking is ok, spacious and a lot. The mall has a few eateries. Check in was ok but can be a bit faster. We book the executive room which comes with free hi tea set and free buffet supper. The room is spacious, modern and clean with nice branded toileteries from london. There's coffee machine too. They also gave us a complimentary slice cake. The mattress is of good quality and new. The free hi tea set was ok but does feel like a budget set and can be better. Only 1 type of cake given? The supper buffet was very limited and not worth going (only some instant dim sum, teochew porridge and curry laksa...i think they can add a bit of stir fried noodles/dishes from their buffet dinner). No hot drinks available too for supper. The buffet breakfast was so-so. The prata is soggy and not nice. No coffee machine. Most of the food just so-so. Overall while the executive room feels very nice but i think the hotel should improve on the restaurant food. Can be much better experience.
