A relatively new property with beautiful spatial design that puts you in the holiday mood. The standard urban twin room is compact - a bit smaller than I imagined but still serviceable. Bathroom amenities by Apelles are a nice touch, and both rooms and common areas are well maintained. Breakfast is really good - special mention goes to the roti bakar live station. Great location as you can walk to places like Pavilion and Berjaya Times Square. You can even walk to TRX Exchange if you want, for 15 minutes. However traffic can be bad if you are driving or taking a taxi.

Encountered a minor hiccup during checking in but the front desk staff (Sally) made a quick decisive service recovery that left my family impressed. (Don) from the bar was also very welcoming to us. Ensured that our needs was well taken care of. (Syariff) from the thyme restaurant really bothered to ensure that guests were seated quicky during rush hour breakfast even checking on all tables that everything is nothing short of spectacular. (Hani) from room service also made sure our rooms were of high standards throughout our stay. Overall i would rate Parkroyal highly recommend to stay not because of its location near bukit bintang, but to experience extremely high customer service standards received the moment you step foot inside.

why sho cute? 😂Always keep my favourite onions away and staring me taking. After I took staff keep it behind. 😂
This was my second stay and I was assigned a room on the first floor. I was initially worried it might be noisy, but fortunately, it wasn’t – great!
However, the water pressure was weaker than last time, and the room type was smaller with no sofa. As a guest, paying the same price but not receiving the same standard does feel slightly unfair. But for the bedding, I have to say it was absolutely amazing! The most comfortable ever!
This time, during breakfast, I found hardened food residue stuck on the end of my fork! Other than that, the breakfast was still delicious and diverse!

great location as the mtr and popular malls are right next door. the hotel provided a baby bath tub for our use which is really helpful and apparently quite an uncommon item to be stocked in malaysia hotels. hotel design is also makes for a calm and relaxing atmosphere. breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve had with live prata and toast stations.

Stayed for two nights in the hotel. Location wise it is very convenient to transportation and shopping malls. The hotel is clean and amenities are top notch . The room is new but the size is small. Not suitable If you are travelling with kids.

Arriving at the hotel, there were 2 lines queuing to check-in. I had 4 guests in front of me. It took almost 35 minutes to reach my turn. To my dismay, one of my room bookings couldn't be found. The receptionist took another 15 minutes to finally retrieve my bookings.
Upon entering the room, I was shocked to find that both the rooms weren't the same as my bookings. Another receptionist attended me, checked my bookings, and finally agreed to change my rooms to the ones I booked. The whole check-in process was unnecessary difficult. As a 5-star hotel, I find this unacceptable. Attached are the photos of the "wrong" room that I was given initially.
Shower room was clogged and flooded after 1 minute of bathing. However, the housekeeper was quick to help resolve the issue.
Location is great just next to Lot10.
