PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur

We had a great experience at Royal Park. The hotel is very clean, has a good gym, a nice rooftop pool, and very friendly staff. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every one of them. The rooms are not very spacious, but they have everything you need. The shower is especially nice, and our room also had a separate water tap.

The hotel is in a great location, conveniently close to both Bukit Bintang and TRX, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed. Despite the hot weather in Kuala Lumpur, the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool at all times. The shower pressure was also excellent, which made the stay even more enjoyable. All the staff were very attentive, proactive, and always willing to help, providing a warm and pleasant experience throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Everything was well-prepared and truly enjoyable. However, during peak hours, it can get quite busy, and you may need to wait a bit for a table. That said, it’s understandable given how good the breakfast is — it’s clearly very popular. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Hotel is clean and neat, really recommend people to stay in here. There are no noise and my family can have a good rest after a long day in the hotel. Amenities were always replaced with new one.

Trip began with a late check in of around an hour. We requested for a connected room beforehand, which we reconfirmed at the counter, and they confirmed it. Upon reaching the room, the room was not connected. They later mentioned the queen room type did not have connecting rooms. The room phone was faulty and unable to make any calls, including between rooms and to front desk. Told them about the issue, which they failed to send someone to the room to check despite them saying they will follow up. Queen room with twin bed: The room bathroom had signs of ageing, tiles with uneven grouting and dirt, tight and constraining room. However, breakfast buffet and overall interior was nice and well maintained. Hotel amenities like the gym and pool was nice and good to use.

Location was excellent, walkable to Pavillion, Lalaport & Berjaya Times Square. Service by staff was great, except for the last night where we wanted some ice and called the reception but it kept not getting through and the ice took a long time to come. Breakfast spread was delicious as well especially the roti canai and nasi lemak 😊

It always cheer up the day when you see friendly staffs thats always ready to greet you. Breakfast variety is delightful, but i be greedy to ask for even greater variations, especially for guests that has a longer stay.

Modern and nice design hotel, good location walking distance to Pavilion, Lot 10, Bukit Bintang MRT. Good customer service.

The position of the hotel is amazing because it’s situated at the heart of the shopping district. At 10 minutes by walk you have the pavilion and the shopping mall with the theme park inside.  The hotel has an amazing pool full of trees and with an bar that has some cocktails.
