Headline: A Disappointing Experience: False Advertising and Poor Hygiene "I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room and its facilities looked nothing like the pictures online; it felt like a classic case of false advertising. The state of the bathroom was unacceptable. As seen in the attached photos, the bathtub was filthy, with heavy grime around the overflow drain. It clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. On top of that, the main faucet was broken, as the cover plate had fallen off and was lying on the tub edge. Although water still flowed from the exposed pipe, this level of disrepair is unprofessional. The hygiene issues were even more noticeable on the bed, as the sheets and duvet covers were visibly yellowed and stained. The overall lack of cleanliness and the broken fixtures are unacceptable. It shows a complete disregard for customer comfort and hygiene. I felt zero respect as a paying guest. I would absolutely not recommend staying here."

So far semua okey, cuma masa pergi ni ada masalah pintu tak bole kunci dr luar. So klu keluar tu pintu x terkunci. Bilik air cunnnn. Hotel pun depan mcd. Senang beli makanan

First dapat capsule yg bocor diluar dan basah. Then I call minta tukar capsule. No one answered. I turun bawah minta tukar so dia suruh I check capsule XXX ok tak. So I naik lagi utk check then turun lagi utk inform capsule yg tu ok. Jadi kesimpulannya dia yang perlu check bilik tu sebelum bagi customer bukan suruh customer naik turun tengok condition bilik. !!!!!

The cleanliness inside the capsule need to be carry out instantly.

First of all, the location of this capsule hotel is a little bit far from the city centre. It’s okay if you just want to sleep and you’re looking for a cheap place to stay. But if you want to travel KL that much, and you’re on a tight budget, book a hotel in the city centre. Well, the hotel is clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming (but they don’t smile a lot). Over all, it’s a nice place to stay if you’re going to sleep only.

Worst!!! Dirty!!! smelly!!! , The bedsheets didt clean at all, still have a body odor (like armpit smell) and room alot of hair , rely cant stay ask for refund with hotel but ignore!!!!!!!! And air conditioner at nit have problem go up to 31c after open door only go down abit but how to sleep? Worst worst worst!!!!!

Location is good as it located close to Titiwangsa lake. Suitable for families or solo traveler. Limited parking, pls take nite if you are driving.
