M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The hotel was well-maintained and quite large, with the pool area being the most attractive feature. The number of rooms appears extensive, as reflected in the size of the restaurant, which is also quite large. However, the service staff during breakfast was not friendly; when we asked for a coffee, they ignored us, avoided eye contact, and dismissed our request without suggesting where we could get one. The room itself was nice, and the aroma from the lobby filled the room. The bathroom included a standing shower and a separate toilet. Parking was available, and the location is in the heart of an attractive area.

Had a great 1 night stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and Thai food at Gai was superb. Highly recommended.

The room is very comfortable, the pillows were fluffy. The bathroom is excellent, complete with rain shower and bidet. It also has a bathroom LED mirror. We tried the coffeehouse, Fairway for dinner. The service was slightly slower than usual, might have been due to festival holidays. Had their amazing chocolate milkshake, but it took some time to get to the table. Otherwise, it was a wonderful staycation getaway.

One of the best resort for a staycation! I’ll definitely come back for another staycation. One of the bad side of the resort is the cafe by the pool side. They couldn’t charge your expenses to the hotel room. The counter will keep calling you again and again to remind you for payment. Other than that, everything’s fine with the hotel.

A great choice if you want to relax. The room was comfy and the hotel atmosphere is great. They also give us complimentary snacks and soft drinks from the mini bar. Located just right in front of KGPA. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices. There is a free sauna room and pool for children. Also they have kids club and surau. I would love to stay at this hotel again with my parents for my next visit.

Our first visit here was truly impressive. The management’s commitment to guest care is evident in every detail, from the spotless cleanliness to the beautifully maintained, lush green grounds. When we encountered a minor power plug issue, the team immediately provided us with a room upgrade featuring a stunning pool view. We were also incredibly moved by the extraordinary dedication of the lifeguards; their vigilant and caring approach made us feel completely safe leaving our kids under their watch. From the seamless parking to the peaceful atmosphere, this is a perfect family destination.

I had a pleasant stay at M Resort Hotel overall. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made the experience enjoyable. The price was reasonable considering the quality of the facilities, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. However, the check-in experience could be improved. Although the official check-in time was 3pm, I only managed to get my room at around 4.30pm, which was quite inconvenient. It was likely due to the festive season rush, but better time management would enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this, it was still a satisfying stay.
