Travelodge Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Location is superb. I encounter door lock malfunction, and it took an hour to change room with a working door lock. Front counter was unhelpful and horrible, when we ask if the Breakfast is open and he just buat bodoh as if we are invisible to him. Breakfast staffs having breakfast themselves in the premises and kitchen, hence they are busy to serve any guest. And the room we stayed, 4 am already the LRT zooming pass every 10 minutes. We had a unpleasant stay but hope future guest dun have the same experience as us.

Convenient location. Stayed for 3 nights. Room is clean and the firm pillow is something that I liked. Most hotels pillow are too soft to provide good support. Housekeeping done on 3rd day as per hotel guidelines with bottled water replenished. Aircon is a bit too strong though, despite setting at the lowest fan speed. Will consider coming back to here if visiting KL again.

Always our first choice hotel wgen we are in KL. Location is close to public transport. Though the room is not very big but its clean, fast wifi and good shower

The only good thing is the location, extremely closed to train station, shopping and dining.

Stayed more than 30 times, but this time room 314 bathroom no hot water for shower.

Overall a comfortable 2-night stay at Travelodge KLCC. Satisfied with the hotel cleanliness, no dirty stains on the bedsheets, mattress, or blanket. The hotel is within walking distance of Chinatown, you can find a lot of restaurants to choose from. It is also located near the Pasar Seni LRT/MRT station and Pasar Seni Bus Hub, very easy to get around. The only issue was the bathroom water pressure. Sometimes the water flow would suddenly become very weak. The selection for breakfast buffet is limited, although it did offer both local and international dishes.

I booked a stay for my family and arrived around 12am. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from the moment we got there. Parking was completely full, and we had to find a spot elsewhere in an area that felt unsafe—especially late at night with people sleeping along the streets and loud crowds singing nearby. When we finally got to our room, we were shocked to find the floor still had leftover waste and rubbish from the previous guest. It was clearly not cleaned properly. For over RM400, I expected at least a clean and comfortable environment—but we didn't get that. We were so uncomfortable that we decided not to stay at all and left the same night. I truly hope the management takes cleanliness and guest safety more seriously. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.
