⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Birthday Staycation Experience We recently stayed at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Prior to our stay, I reached out to the hotel with a special request for my husband’s birthday. Not only did the team thoughtfully prepare balloons, a birthday cake and a wish card, but they also surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite. My husband was genuinely surprised, and it made the celebration even more memorable. Travelling with our young son can sometimes be challenging, but the staff were incredibly warm, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Every interaction felt sincere, and we truly appreciated the hospitality extended to our family. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant and full of charm. The heritage ambience added a special touch to the celebration and made our stay feel extra meaningful. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a wide variety of choices, which we appreciated. While the food was generally good, there weren’t any particular dishes that stood out to us as exceptional. Nevertheless, there was certainly something for everyone and we enjoyed the overall dining experience. Overall, this was a wonderful birthday staycation and definitely worth every ringgit spent. Thank you to The Majestic team for helping create such a memorable celebration for my husband. We left with happy memories and will certainly consider returning in the future. ❤️ Thank you again for making his birthday so special.

I love how spacious the room was, everything was well maintained and i had a great stay there. The front desk staffs were friendly and helpful too. Will definitely come here again both for leisure and work.

The lobby was breathtaking from the moment we walked in. There are no restrooms on the lobby level, but the entire area is kept immaculate. When I inquired about using the pool prior to check-in, the staff accommodated us graciously. We left our bags early in the morning to explore the area. The shuttle bus stop is easy to locate if you head toward landmarks such as the Hilton. After checking in, a staff member came by in the evening to check if we were missing any amenities, which was a lovely touch.

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The building feels a little dated, but the room was clean and well maintained. The shower water pressure could have been better, and the sink area didn't have much space for toiletries or other personal items. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
