We had a great time here celebrating birthday and they prepared the decoration complimentary! The staffs was very friendly and full with smile. Had such a pleasant stay here!

I love how spacious the room was, everything was well maintained and i had a great stay there. The front desk staffs were friendly and helpful too. Will definitely come here again both for leisure and work.

The lobby was breathtaking from the moment we walked in. There are no restrooms on the lobby level, but the entire area is kept immaculate. When I inquired about using the pool prior to check-in, the staff accommodated us graciously. We left our bags early in the morning to explore the area. The shuttle bus stop is easy to locate if you head toward landmarks such as the Hilton. After checking in, a staff member came by in the evening to check if we were missing any amenities, which was a lovely touch.

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The building feels a little dated, but the room was clean and well maintained. The shower water pressure could have been better, and the sink area didn't have much space for toiletries or other personal items. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

A truly timeless luxury experience. From the grand lobby to the beautifully maintained rooms, every corner of the hotel feels elegant and sophisticated. Loved the heritage atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and exceptional service. Definitely one of the most unique hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Will be back again!

I had a pleasant stay at Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur and really enjoyed the overall experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist whenever needed. I also appreciated the beautiful ambience and the hotel's elegant design, which made the stay feel extra special. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the food was delicious. The facilities were well maintained, and everything was easily accessible. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, which made the experience even more convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to others while looking forward to visiting again.

The room was incredibly spacious and bright, and the white architecture of the building was quite distinctive. The high-ceilinged, vintage-style lobby and European-inspired corridors made for fantastic photo opportunities. You also get stunning panoramic views of the city, including the National Mosque, the old railway station, the 118 Tower, and the Petronas Twin Towers all in one frame.

The room faced the road, and the soundproofing wasn't great, so it was particularly noisy at night. However, the room itself was spacious, and the hotel environment was lovely with delicious food. The service was good. When checking in, they initially said my reservation didn't include dinner, but after showing them my booking details, it was resolved. It's a hotel with a strong Nanyang (Southeast Asian) style. If you're sensitive to noise, you can ask for a room not facing the road! The hotel's afternoon tea is also very stylish.

The hotel's public areas are excellent, though the in-room facilities are a bit dated. I was upgraded to a suite upon check-in, which was a nice touch, and the service was good. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. Besides the breakfast restaurant, the other restaurants are beautiful; I plan to make a reservation for dinner next time.

Specifically went to check out this Malaysian national treasure historical hotel, and the overall stay far exceeded my expectations. The entire building is a colonial landmark preserved from the 1920s. After restoration, it perfectly retains details like archways, vintage sconces, and an antique elevator. Walking through the long corridors feels like stepping back into the old Nanyang era. We stayed in a Tower Wing suite; the separate living and sleeping areas offered ample space, there were plenty of charging outlets, and the toiletries were high-quality. The bathroom lighting was soft, which was great for putting on makeup.

Great service and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I stayed in 10th floor and the room faced the roadside and noise insulation could be improved, occasional loud sounds from cars and motorcycles at night were noticeable, to the point that my friends could hear them during our video call.

This is an old but well maintained hotel. Room is spacious and quite luxury with coffee machine. Bathroom is spacious but i really hated the curtain to cover the bathroom glass door. It is a stupid design. Curtain is also semi transparent, so if you are staying with family members, it is not that private. The pillows are also a bit too soft in my opinion and i did hv sore neck the next morning. Buffet breakfast is good so as their buffet dinner at Contango. Parking is a bit expensive for in house guest at RM15. Overall if the price is not too high, this is a good hotel to stay and relax.
