Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences

Great location and nice rooms, but my window view wasn't so good, definitely tells a story 😂. The air conditioning was strong, but no one at the front desk spoke Chinese... The breakfast selection was actually small, but the coffee was good~ Good enough for a business trip.

The breakfast variety is rich, so I never get bored. The tableware is clean, and I can spend my time very leisurely. The coffee is also delicious, so I look forward to every morning. The power outlets are multi-type, so no adapter is needed.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur. It's super convenient to get to KLCC via the covered walkways, so you're protected from the elements. This time, I booked for three consecutive nights, but unfortunately, my plans changed last minute for the final night, and I had to go elsewhere. I tried negotiating with the hotel multiple times to see if they could offer a free cancellation or at least a discount for the last night to minimize my loss, but they refused every time. It would be great if they showed a bit more flexibility in the future. Ctrip, on the other hand, was quite helpful; they gave me some points as a partial subsidy, which was a nice gesture. It just goes to show that a strong platform can offer some peace of mind.

Great location and every staff member I encountered was incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.
