Booked a twin room, it was decent. Breakfast was really good, and the pool was great too. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers, and you can even see the KL Tower. My kids especially loved the pool. Taxis were also easy to get.

While some facilities have been updated, the hotel room door and cabinets are quite old. There were a few hairs on the bathroom floor. Everything else was clean, though. The hotel upgraded my room for free, and I could see the Petronas Towers from my window. The hotel service was also good. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Great location, making it easy to get around. There's a supermarket just to the left downstairs. The room was cleaned and water refilled daily, and the Wi-Fi signal was good. The swimming pool is on the 1st floor and is open until 7 PM.

Absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was great, the service was excellent, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. I'll definitely be back. This was my first hotel in Malaysia, and I was a bit hesitant because of some negative reviews online, but I'm so glad I chose it. It exceeded my expectations.

The hotel design is a bit old however it looks luxurious. The hotel is so comfortable and clean! The service is the best, I requested a simple decoration for my husband's birthday. They gave me a complimentary birthday cake. Thank you so much! And actually we stay here for breakfast. The breakfast should have more variety however the taste is very good! Really satisfied with the stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was super convenient. They have all the fitness equipment and a pool, and the breakfast spread was amazing with both Chinese and Western options, plus freshly baked bread and freshly ground coffee.
