Near Muslim community… so eatery mainly Malay or Indian food… many rough sleepers outside… Outside are streets like Pasar Malam… and the walkway very humid… About hotel… no toothbrush and bottled water but have dispenser near lift area… Room quite big but table not so clean… aircon worse … not cold and leak… Hotel near train station…

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My Citi is a budget hotel and is very good at it. No expense wasted. The breakfast is a curry lovers dream with only 7am fried eggs and a toaster with bread and margerine for westerners along with watery coffee. There is no housekeeping unless requested daily. The plumbing is very noisy. The local mosque is even louder. Good luck on your stay there.

The hotel is quite large and conveniently located close to the subway station. The environment is excellent, and the rooms are well-equipped with everything you need and are very clean. If there aren't many guests, you might even be able to check in early. There's a small market nearby where you can buy souvenirs at very affordable prices.

Excellent and comfortable, very close to the Petronas Towers and KL Tower. Highly recommended, great value for money, definitely worth it, you won't regret it, trust me. The subway station, Merdeka Square, and Pasar Seni (Central Market) are right next door.

The most dirty/disgusting hotel where I stopped in my life and impolite/rude personal. They ask deposit and when you check out finding any reason to scam their quests to keep the deposit amount. I don't recommend stay in this hotel to anyone who respects himself. The worst experience what I had.
