An absolute gem of a hotel! Incredible value for money! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to a park, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers directly from your room with no obstructions. Both the hotel room and the bathroom are very spacious! They also offer a thoughtful shuttle service directly to KLCC, which is super convenient! Even though it's only about a 10-minute walk, the shuttle was a lifesaver when traveling with kids. Even though the hotel was fully booked, they still granted a late check-out, so the service definitely deserves praise.

Due to a flight delay, I didn't arrive at the hotel until 2 AM. There was a guy at the front desk who spoke English and was very friendly. The hotel's location is excellent, with a view of the Petronas Towers right outside the window. There's also a shuttle service to the Towers available anytime, which is very convenient. However, on the first day, my room wasn't cleaned, possibly because I checked in so late the night before. This wasn't a great experience, and when I returned in the evening, I had to wait a long time for a cleaning staff member to bring new towels. The hotel has a Skybar on the 33rd floor, and the prices aren't too expensive. Just be aware that guests under 21 are not allowed, so don't bring children.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Petronas Towers and KLCC Park, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from KLCC during the day, and there's a subway station nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we booked one with a night view of the Petronas Towers, which was absolutely stunning. The hotel also features a pool and a popular Sky Bar, and the breakfast selection is extensive. The staff were friendly, and overall, it offers great value for money. It's perfect for both family trips and sightseeing, especially for families with children.

The hotel's location is super convenient, it's just a ten-minute walk to all the major shopping malls downtown. You can even see the Twin Towers right from your room window! The view is absolutely stunning! Plus, it's really quiet at night, so you get a great night's sleep.

The room wasn't worth the price. There was no comb, and a large mirror faced the bed. Maybe it's due to the location, as you can see the Twin Towers right outside the window. It's an 8-minute walk to KLCC, and it takes 40-50 minutes to get to the airport if there's no traffic. I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10.

Pros: Great location, you can see the Petronas Twin Towers. The rest of the hotel is pretty much like an average domestic hotel, perhaps even worse. The shower drain was clogged, and when I called for service, no one was available. The cleanliness was also very concerning, there was no service to speak of. I booked for three nights and had to cancel, but Ctrip charged a high cancellation fee. Everyone, please use caution when choosing this hotel.

The room offers an excellent view, directly facing the Petronas Twin Towers. There's a frequent shuttle service to KLCC, so you can pretty much hop on anytime. The dining quality is good, and overall service is quite satisfactory. The only minor disappointment is that the pool isn't an open-air infinity pool, which feels like a bit of a missed opportunity given the stunning view.

The room was a bit small, but the location is excellent. There's a shuttle bus to KLCC, and check-in was quite fast. The service was warm and attentive, and the quality of the in-room amenities was very good. However, the hairdryer wasn't in the bathroom.

Breakfast was amazing. The laksa was yummy! The location was in the central and there was buggy available all day long to Suria KLCC

We had a comfortable stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur overall. The highlight was definitely our room with the incredible Twin Towers view – waking up to that view was absolutely worth it. The staff were polite and kind throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day by replacing towels, replenishing bottled water, and keeping the room clean. Check-out was also very convenient as you simply drop your room cards into the box at reception. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear guests next door coughing, babies crying, and even people using the shower. Our room appeared to have an interconnecting door to the neighbouring room, which may have been the reason, although I'm not sure if this is the case for all rooms. Check-in felt a little underwhelming. The receptionist seemed quite tired, there wasn't much of a welcome, and we were simply asked whose name the booking was under before being handed our room cards. Also, the bell staff only assist with luggage if you request it. They do ask whether you need help, but unlike many hotels where assistance is offered more proactively, it's up to you to say yes. The room itself was comfortable, but some of the furniture looked quite dated. Even the telephone looked like something from the 1980s, which made the room feel older than expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the amazing location, stunning Twin Towers view and friendly staff. However, due to the poor soundproofing, we'd probably consider trying a different hotel on our next visit.

The front desk was a bit slow, and they didn't offer to help with my luggage. However, the hotel's facilities were decent, and it wasn't expensive, offering good value for money.

Overall stay was great in term of location, cleanliness and the beautiful klcc park just a step out from hotel. Extra point towards the buggy's ride car to klcc. I would also like to thanks to all traders hotel staff who help my mum to check in. You all are nice and kind.

The hotel's service attitude was mediocre. There was no Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk during the day, making communication difficult for non-fluent English speakers. The front desk's explanations could be misleading. The breakfast was not good, and the hotel's hygiene was average.

The room was quite good and spacious, and the service was decent. However, there was no one at the front desk who spoke Chinese, so guests who aren't proficient in English might encounter communication difficulties and misunderstandings. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for those who don't speak English. Also, while the hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, some items ran out during peak hours and took a very long time to be replenished, often only appearing just as we were finishing up and leaving. The supply wasn't timely enough.
