"I booked this hotel because of the T-ara concert at the MEGA STAR venue. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the venue, and the surrounding amenities are good, very close to the main shopping district. 🛀 **Cleanliness:** Overall, it was decent. However, the toilet in room 3008 (a corner room) had a very strong sewage smell. 🍃 **Ambiance and Environment:** The infinity pool on the 37th floor, the rooftop garden, and the rooftop observation deck are great and perfect for photos. However, on the first day of check-in, all the wall sockets had no power. It took two calls to get through, and communication required English. I waited almost 30 minutes for maintenance. Also, the door didn't close completely after naturally shutting (I came back after 3 hours to find the door ajar…). A major negative was that the air conditioning in the public areas wasn't on, and one of the elevators was out of order for my entire stay, leading to extremely long wait times on the 30th floor. I was already sweating before even leaving the hotel. 💁 **Service:** Just average."

"I deliberated for a long time over where to stay in Kuala Lumpur this time, and finally settled on Arcoris Residences. The room was spacious enough, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. To the left of the hotel is Pavilion, and to the right is TRX, plus it's very close to the subway. I'm quite particular about cleanliness, and I couldn't tell if the sheets had been changed, so I used a disposable sheet. If you're concerned about that too, it's something to keep in mind. Overall, it was still a decent stay."

The hotel is very new, clean, and well worth the price! Surrounding areas have everything from shopping malls to food streets. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to Jalan Alor night market. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, making communication smooth. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the night view!"

"Cleanliness: The room was excellent. I was quite worried after seeing many reviews about poor hygiene, but in reality, it was very clean. The floor just looked dirty because it was old, but it was actually spotless. Facilities: It had everything we needed, including a washing machine and a refrigerator. Service: The person in charge seemed to be of Indian descent, and was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. They even helped us with our luggage. Environment: There's a shopping mall right next door, which has the NSK store with cheap and wide selection of durians. There are also many restaurants and snack shops nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk to the metro station and a 20-minute walk to the Twin Towers. I just remembered they also have an infinity pool! We didn't get to swim because we were out too late, but we passed by it during checkout and the view was amazing. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur, it's such great value for money!!"

I went down to the front desk to request a room change, but the staff refused, saying they would send maintenance to fix it. Even though the maintenance staff told us they couldn't fix it immediately, the front desk insisted we wait in the room for the maintenance manager to come and assess it. The manager never showed up. Finally, my wife went down to the front desk to complain again. We wasted over an hour waiting before we were finally given a comparable room, 1901! This kind of service is unacceptable for a five-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur!!"
