My wife and I stayed at the hotel from August 8th to 11th, 2026. We were extremely satisfied. Let me start with the breakfasts. They were very tasty and varied, with plenty of fruits and different fish and meat dishes every day. On our departure day, I particularly enjoyed the mushrooms in cream sauce. The room was cozy and always spotlessly clean. The rooftop pool was especially impressive, offering an incredible view of all three towers directly from the pool itself. It was incredibly relaxing and offered a perfect visualization of Kuala Lumpur's landmarks, which were also within walking distance. We were very happy with the hotel and the respectful attitude of the staff.

Very comfortable, clean, and close to MRT, LRT, and KTM Pasar Seni. It's in the lively town center and accessible to all sorts of food and entertainment.

Nice staycation, fast response from the host, just a few minutes walking distance to KLCC, the night view was superb from the room, the pool also big n suitable for family with kids like me, will come again soon

🔺🔺First, a warning to those taking taxis: Google Maps might show two similar addresses. I got ripped off: 🔸After getting off the subway, I took a taxi, but the destination was ridiculous, and it was the wrong one. After getting out, I couldn't find the hotel, and when I used navigation again, it was another 15-minute walk. 🔺🔺Second, because I hadn't added them on WeChat beforehand, the following happened: 🔸Upon arrival, I couldn't find the front desk (because there wasn't one). I had to use the Ctrip phone number to contact them. I got through, but couldn't understand what they were saying. I asked various people—passersby/security guards—but they couldn't help. I called again, and finally they understood. They said to wait downstairs, and they would come down. I waited and waited, for a long time, and then I saw someone, but I wasn't sure if it was them. I had to keep waiting. Finally, I called again and saw someone (the same person from before) answering the phone. That's when I recognized them (sweat). Then, they said they couldn't contact me because they didn't have WeChat. (And coincidentally, my WeChat hadn't been able to send messages for a few hours before.) (I don't know why, it only worked after I restarted it). He swiped his card, took us to the 55th floor, added my husband on WeChat, explained the arrangements, and then left. Anyway, it was quite a complicated process. (This person had a very heavy accent, making it difficult to understand his English.) ▶️Room Size: It's really big, two bedrooms, two living rooms, and two bathrooms (actually there's another bedroom, but the door was broken, so we didn't use it). ▶️Cleanliness: At first glance, it looks great, very large and upscale. But upon closer inspection, it's not so good; there was some mold under the door, and we found a small cockroach. The towels were quite old. ▶️Amenities: No disposable toiletries. There are two large towels. There are four teacups, four sets of tableware. There is a kettle, a knife. There is a stove, washing machine, and refrigerator. There are two wardrobes with clothes hangers. There is a kettle and a pot. ▶️Location: Right in the CBD, next to the Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur Tower. The green light rail line is a 6-minute walk away. The view from the 55th floor is absolutely stunning!

I recommend it. For this price, it's a great choice! The hotel contacted me immediately after booking. I got there from the airport by metro without any problems. I found the hotel. I lived on the 10th floor. The hotel reception is on the 4th floor. Below is the bus station and offices. The room is clean and cozy. Chinatown is very close. I walked to the Petronas Twin Towers and other attractions. I liked everything. I will come again!🙂 (Especially since I forgot my hat when I left early))) now I definitely need to come back)

Soho Suites KLCC by GH The guest house is conveniently located near KLCC and you can easily walk through the underground tunnel to Aquaria, KLCC, the Convention Centre and KLCC Park. There are also a few marts nearby, which makes it very convenient for guests. The guest house has three rooms and two bathrooms. Overall, the place was clean, comfortable and well maintained and the surrounding environment was also clean. The master bedroom also comes with a bathtub, which is a nice extra touch. Another plus point is that two parking spaces are provided and guests can park at any available lot. However, the parking area is quite narrow, so it can be a little challenging to manoeuvre. There were a few things that could be improved. The shower heads in both bathrooms were broken, while the washing machine was not functioning properly and had a water leak. The TV is also a little outdated, and some apps are no longer supported. The refrigerator door could not always be closed properly because it was too close to the wiring, making it difficult to shut completely. The water purifier was also not functioning properly, only the hot water was working, while the cold water function was unavailable. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay, especially for families or groups looking for a place near KLCC. With some improvements to the facilities, the stay could be even better.

During my trip to Malaysia, I met some wonderful people at this hostel who were genuinely interesting to talk to. Hostels truly bring diverse people closer together. I recommend it!

The rooms were comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever I needed anything. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money. The only downside was that my room had a connecting door. If you’re unlucky enough to have noisy neighbors, you can hear quite a bit, which made it difficult to relax at times. Other than that, I had a really nice stay and had so much fun seeing the little geckos wandering around 😂

Generally is good. Room is clean and comfort. Location wise at the middle of petaling street. access to food is easy. Train station is within walking distance, approximate 10-12mins. During my stay, the elevator was breakdown. i had to carry my lugage to climb to 3rd floor.
