Thank you for the amazing stay at Holma Platinum Suites 1 KLCC. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The infinity pool and stunning KLCC skyline view were the highlights of our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and quick to assist whenever needed. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Petronas Twin Towers, restaurants, and public transport. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Easy check in.. I text host and just wait in car outside.. They bring me key and give instructions for parking purpose.. Free parking also. Nice was nice n decorated with red roses flowers on bed. Also falmingo towel designated. Check out time I just drive out and pass the key.. This is the best surprise for me.. Guess what?? Host give me goodies bag with a few amazing chocolate cake inside.. Oh my god.. Feel like my birthday.. Wanna cry.. 😭thank host. Infinity pool and restaurant also best ever

If you're planning a trip to Kuala Lumpur, I highly recommend this residence. Upon arriving at my accommodation, I was surprised to find that the facilities were completely different from what I saw on Trip.com, with two connected studio apartments. I quickly canceled my reservation and quickly searched for a new residence. Fortunately, the accommodation was clean, and the location and service were all satisfactory. The night view from the rooftop infinity pool on the 51st floor was breathtaking. I spent four nights and five days relaxing, shopping, cooking, and having fun with my friends. They even provided free luggage storage, which made it comfortable. Towels were provided upon request, and cleaning was also free upon request. The best part was that they only provided what I requested. The staff were always smiling, which was a great experience in Malaysia. The only caveat is that the residence is privately managed, so you must use WhatsApp upon check-in. The lobby information desk doesn't provide any information, which can be frustrating if you miss the point.

Good hostel to stay for a few nights. It has access to the pool and the gym, the location if convenient. The service of the staff was not so good, it took nearly an hour to check me in, and all this time I had to wait downstairs.

Absolutely amazing place! Clean, brand new with fast WiFi. Check in from 1500 is busy, but it's worth waiting. View from the room is amazing, all amenities are great, pool is cold but what a view!

Check-in took a very long time and not organized. They wanted to extend the room, but they didn’t answer our request.Otherwise, everything is fine.

While I traveled alone, the studio suite is absolutely ideal for couples seeking a stylish and convenient base in Kuala Lumpur. My room on the 20th floor offered a stunning city view. The studio was modern, spotless, and had a smart layout that felt spacious. The full kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer are fantastic perks, adding both comfort and convenience. What really stood out was the exceptional value. The combination of the beautiful room environment, premium amenities, and the very satisfying price is hard to beat. I highly recommend Scarletz KLCC, especially for couples looking for a romantic and practical stay with an amazing view. I will definitely be back.

The apartment is super surprise! KLCC core location, walking distance to the Petronas Twin Towers, convenient transportation, clean and bright rooms, complete facilities, beautiful night view of the high-rise, 24-hour security, check-in, very assured, I will choose here next time.
