Three adults and one child stayed here, and it was excellent value for money—highly recommended!
Pros: The service was great, the room was very new, and the toiletries were L'Occitane. There was a super large TV, taxis could drop us off right at the entrance, and there was a designated area for food deliveries. The rooftop pool offered a beautiful view.
Cons: The building is still undergoing some renovations, so we occasionally heard some noise, but it didn't disturb us during our rest times.
Needed a place that feels modern and quiet. This definitely hits the spot for me. Internet are great too. Not to mention they have a desk provided in the bedroom which is very convenient for me. Being in Bukit Bintang helps me with having fun too. Great place :)
Great Location (Quiet yet Central)
• About a 5-minute walk to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang shopping district.
• A 10-15 minute walk to the MRT station, quiet and not noisy.
Excellent Service & Cleanliness
• 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping, friendly staff.
Well-equipped Public Facilities
• Huge outdoor swimming pool (adult + children's areas), gym, children's playroom.
My stay at the Verdant Hill Hotel in Bukit Bintang was a fantastic experience, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The spacious room provided plenty of area to relax, but the absolute highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed, which guaranteed a perfect night's sleep after a long day of business meeting.
The hospitality and dining were equally impressive. Every morning started with a nice breakfast that featured a great variety of delicious options, like dimsum, egg station, hot soya drinks, some bubur kacang hijau, while the helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and welcoming stay. It is the perfect blend of prime location, comfort, and top-tier service.
The price is okay, but the pillows are too soft for my liking 😅. It was fine for a family trip. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities (washing machine, microwave, fridge). It would have been even better if an extra bed could be added 😅. Oh, and an indoor pool!
This place is super clean and tidy, offering excellent security throughout the building with mostly automated services. It's a great choice for business visitors or digital nomads seeking a comfortable, secure environment.
Good location, but many apartments appear to be occupied by working girls. With a constant queue of men in the foyer.
Equipment provided was good including water filter. Room fittings a little aged but Large double bed good. Internet & TV system good included Netflix and YouTube Premium.
One spotlight not working, only a few sheets of toilet paper provided.
I had a good stay at Lila Suites Seri Bukit Ceylon. The location was excellent, very close to Bukit Bintang, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it very convenient for couples and travelers. The amenities were great and the room was comfortable with a nice city view.
The service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. Cleanliness was average and could be improved a little, but overall the experience was pleasant and worth the price. I would consider staying here again.
The location of the house is super good, between Porcelain Street and Alor Street, and you can walk to both places. It is convenient to go to the bar street and night market at night.
The view is wide, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers and the new high-rise (forgot the name) from the balcony and bedroom. Three bathrooms are a plus, and there will be no problem for a large family to use. The kitchen can simply cook noodles and fried eggs for breakfast.
The facilities are also great. There is a swimming pool on the tenth floor, and the children have a lot of fun. There is a parking lot from the first to the eighth floor, with a free parking space. It is very convenient to drive, but the parking space is on the seventh floor, and it takes at least five minutes to drive up.
The downside is that the house is poorly maintained and there are cockroaches in the kitchen.
