The location and cleanliness of the room were excellent. Being in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, it was convenient for sightseeing and dining, and the room itself was spacious and clean. The view from the window and the infinity pool were particularly photogenic and created lasting travel memories. However, I was quite dissatisfied with the service. Check-in and check-out were slow, and the information provided by staff members was inconsistent, making the process far from smooth. Responses to inquiries were delayed, and I found some interactions to be unhelpful. I was also disappointed with the facilities. Some room amenities were missing, and only basic toiletries were provided. Additionally, some facilities were not functioning properly, which caused inconvenience during my stay. Considering the price, I expected better management and maintenance of the facilities. While I was satisfied with the location and the room itself, the quality of service and facilities, which I value highly in a hotel, did not meet my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to those who prioritize views and location, but those seeking comfortable service might want to consider other options.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The unit was cozy, stylish, and clean. Love that there are cafes and a grocery store right at the ground floor. Perfect location along Jalan Ampang.

The loction is excellent with easy access to many eateries. It is located directly opposite KLCC. The agent that manages the room ”Crown Suites” is a great disappointment. Upon checking in they collected RM200 as deposit from me for the use of the parking space. FIrst they gave me an apartment with wifi access. After unpacking my stuff, I told them there was no wifi and they offered me anothe apartment. I had to pack my stuff and go to the new apartment. The guy who came to 'assist' me was abrasive. When I expressed my displeasure that I had to repack my stuff, he rudely raised his voice at me and asked me what do I want? His gesture was almost like starting a fight with me. Fearing that he might get violent, I kept quiet and just packed my stuff. When I was packing my stuff, he just sat on the sofa checking his handphone. My worst ordeal came when I checked out. Tthe night before, I told them I had to check out at 7.30am in the morning as I had a meeting at Melaka at 10.30am. They told me it was ok and asked me to park my car at the lobby. Someone would come to collect the key card and return the RM200 deposit. I called them from 7.30am to 8.10am and nobody picked up. As I was running late for my meeting, I had no choice but to drive off. At 8.30am, the staff finally returned my call, by which time I was already on the highway going to Melaka. They wanted me to return the key card in order for me to get back the deposit. After my meeting I had to go to a nearby post office to send the key cards back to them. I hope they will return my RM200 deposit but if they don't I am fine with it. This is just madness. And what is laughable is they still have he audacity to send me an email requesting that I give them a 10 star rating for my review. Trip.com should consider not working with this agent in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, and many places are within walking distance. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room service was good. I have stayed in more expensive hotels in Malaysia before, but I would definitely stay here again. The hotel may need a little maintenance, but the cleanliness, good service, and excellent location are more than enough for me.

This hotel is really nice and super well-located. Best of all, the front desk staff are all so patient. The guy at the front desk, Shikder Khalil, was incredibly friendly and kind. I had such a great, pleasant stay here. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others next time.

We planned a 2-day, 1-night family staycation in Kuala Lumpur last weekend and booked a Family Room at Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre through Trip.com. Despite making the reservation at the last minute, I was pleasantly surprised to secure a great deal. I was also able to redeem Trip Coins earned from my recent Europe trip, which made the booking even more rewarding. We arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM on Saturday and were warmly welcomed by the staff. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. We were assigned a room on the 15th floor, offering a beautiful city view and a stunning night skyline of Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping standards and hotel amenities met our expectations and contributed to a pleasant stay. Another advantage was the hotel’s convenient location, with convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. This allowed us to explore the area comfortably without having to drive around the city. For dinner, we enjoyed a delicious seafood meal at Marina Seafood Restaurant before taking a leisurely stroll around KLCC and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the city at night. Most importantly, my wife and daughter thoroughly enjoyed the trip, and we spent some wonderful quality time together. It was a memorable family weekend getaway, and both Trip.com and the hotel helped make the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

This was our second time staying here. The breakfast was grand with three sections one for Malay food, one for Chinese and the last for Indian food. The pool is huge although we didn’t use it the gym has the required machines. The hotel is above a mall which has their grocers and other eateries and food court. Hotel is in walking distance of the twin Tower and can be seen from the pool or the breakfast area as well.

This hotel is quite good, I stayed for two days. Since I was traveling solo, the hotel gave me two complimentary breakfasts. Their breakfast was pretty decent, and the transportation nearby is very convenient. You can walk to the supermarket and the Petronas Towers. Bukit Bintang is also within walking distance. The green line is very useful. There's also a Starbucks, Western restaurants, and a 7-Eleven nearby, making it easy to grab things. During dinner hours, the hotel had a band playing, which was very lively. This hotel also seems to host conferences or study tours, and the service is excellent. They have a Chinese-speaking front desk, and the English-speaking staff were also very patient. I think this hotel is really good.

This was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. The stove and cooking equipment were in extremely poor condition and clearly not maintained, making them unusable and unsafe. What made it worse, there was no proper towel or water service at all. I was forced to use the same towel for 4 days without any replacement, which is completely unhygienic. As a result, I developed skin irritation that I am still dealing with. This level of service is far below any reasonable standard and shows a serious lack of care for guest comfort and hygiene. Basic necessities like clean towels and proper facilities should never be neglected. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made immediately.
