The Cozy hotel is strategically located, within walking distance of KL Sentral. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay overall. The main drawbacks were the shower, which had low water pressure and inconsistent hot water, and the soundproofing, which could be improved as noise from outside the room was noticeable. Despite these issues, the convenient location and cleanliness make it a decent option for a short stay.

”A very clean, nice, and comfortable hotel for the price. They provide dental kits, bottled water, a kettle, and coffee. Overall, it’s cozy and pleasant. The only downside was that the outdoor AC units were quite loud through the wall. Since I use earplugs, it wasn't an issue for me at night, but it would be pretty tough without them.”

The room is clean and the staff agreed to store my luggage early. But our room has no exterior window, only an internal window facing the hallway, and we were startled when a passerby knocked on it. Furthermore, the floor's fire escape route is obstructed by many stored chairs, which poses a safety hazard.

This is our 6th time here, and we really love this hotel because it's clean and comfortable. However, this time, we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the bed, haha. It's the first time we've gotten a bed like this; it was very uncomfortable. As soon as we entered the room, we had to clean it a bit because it felt sandy and the floor was quite dirty and black. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The wait for the elevator from the parking lot to our room was a bit long, probably because there were a lot of people. Nevertheless, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory and suitable for a short trip. The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, the lifts can get quite crowded dquring peak hours, so be prepared for longer waiting times. As the building is managed by multiple agents, the experience may vary depending on the unit assigned. A refundable deposit of RM100 is also required upon check-in.

The room is adequate with a good showers. However, the moment you stepped in the lobby there was a musty which can sometimes turn a rancid smells as its near local restaurants. There were also drillings and bangings even at night. So stay for 2 nights were bit uncomfortable. Though I say that rates are value for money and near KL Sentral and local Indian (mostly predominantly as it’s referred to as Little India) Malay and Chinese retaurants. Overall, setting aside those nuances and discomfort, I say that its moderately alright for a short stay.

I stayed for 5 days, and it was excellent value for money. The location is very convenient, just one stop away from the train station and Mid Valley, and it's also easy to get to the city center. There are security guards at all entrances and exits downstairs, and the elevator requires a key card to select your floor. The room was spacious and bright with an open view, and it was clean and tidy. The detailed information provided before check-in, including tips on attractions and dining, was very thoughtful. Messages were replied to promptly, and communication was smooth and friendly. Finally, the deposit was refunded very quickly, returned on the same day as check-out.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and I simply can't get enough of it. The location is excellent; to the right of the hotel, there's a CIMB bank, and next to that, a cheap breakfast stall selling egg dishes for only 4RM, and also pecal. Across the street is NU Sentral, where you can catch a direct bus to the airport. For exploring KL, the MRT, LRT, and monorail stations are all right across from the hotel. Cleanliness is top-notch; the room is cleaned daily, and bottled water, coffee, soap, and towels are replenished. I hope this hotel continues to be popular while remaining affordable.

This Hotel Cozi Wetland is conveniently located near the Liantang Port, making it super easy to get to Hong Kong. After crossing the border, you can just hop on a bus straight to the hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are really helpful. They even offer a complimentary shuttle service. The air conditioning in the room works great, and overall, it's excellent value for money. Plus, Luohu Sports Center is nearby!

Receptionist/ counter was nice. AC wasn't in good condition so needed to change room. AC on the next room seem to have been shutdown by the hotel approximately 30 mins before the checkout time No clear handover of task since the new receptionist wasn't aware about their guest deposit.
