Room is clean & tidy. Room fan is powerful. Good to have ceiling fans. 2 sets of plates, bowls, cups, forks & spoons. 2 bath towels , shower gel & shampoo provided but no other amenities. However , lift lobby has a kinda very unpleasant smell. Pains our noses. Ard 20mins walk to jalan alor. There are convenient shops & food stalls nearby. Hope the management will do something with the lobby smell.

We loved our stay here! The room was really comfortable and modern. Loved the rooftop pool too! Although a little noisy with all the kids. I’d recommend they have an adults only time from 9pm so adults can enjoy it without screaming kids 😆
Easy to check in even come at late hour but the staff still convenient to treat. The curtain in the room was falling and when inform the staff they inform will fix it.

The front desk staff were professional and spoke Chinese. The hotel was clean and hygienic. The air conditioning was a bit slow to cool down but very effective once it got going, and the water pressure was excellent. The surrounding area is an Indian community, offering a chance to experience a different culture, and it felt very safe to walk around at night.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities in the neighborhood including dining, fitness, and a swimming pool. It's conveniently located with great transport links. The information provided was comprehensive, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making coordination a breeze. I had a pleasant experience interacting with the host.
Fast check in and check out..definitely not the first time here..i love the view and the huge space in the unit..near the shopping mall and the public transport to travel elsewhere..
Great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops right downstairs, and a large mall nearby for shopping. The subway is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, the stay was decent, but it's on a main road, and like many places in Malaysia, there are a lot of loud motorbikes with modified exhausts. Even on the 38th floor, you can hear them clearly. Plus, the soundproofing isn't great. However, it's cheap, so it's a livable option.

Got a complimentary room upgrade, so no complaints there, though I was expecting a slightly better view. At least can see the top of KL Tower.
Location is very convenient, close to Bukit Bintang, with easy access to Grab and other e-hailing services to move around.
Parking is RM12 per night (until check-out time) with unlimited entry and exit during your stay, just remember not to lose your QR code.
One downside: I’m not a fan of the shower area design. There’s a stair-like step down which can be a falling hazard if you’re not careful. It’s also not very child- or elderly-friendly, even though there’s a handrail provided on the left side.
Important note: This is Swiss Garden Residence, which is different from the Swiss Garden Hotel located next door.
Location is fantastic
A simple short walk to many places around Bukit Bintang, like Pavilion KL, Alor Food Street, Berjaya Times Square, etc…
But driving in and out of the property can be quite a challenge, as it is surrounded by small lanes and traffic can be quite bad during peak hours.
The property is somewhat like a condo hotel type.
You don’t get housekeeping every day.
And you gotta throw your own rubbish at the dump room yourself.
You don’t get some amenities as with a normal hotel.
No bottled drinking water, no table cloth or face towels, and no tissue box as well.
Don’t remember seeing any safe in the room too.
Staff were friendly and helpful (to some extent), but the user-experience is something new to me.
The check-in is self-service and any missing items will be charged to the guest.
Requests for additional towels or late check-out are all chargeable, no exceptions can be expected.
Price is ok, considering being in the city center, it is a lot cheaper than the better hotels.
I will explore other accommodations for my future visits before deciding if I would stay here again.
Was good and cheap. The room is super new, so maybe smells painting but still okay.

BBonnieYeeThis unit is good generally, but not as good as other Trion unit I stayed previously which come with a carpark, plates/bowls/cutlery and later checkout time. One needs to check carefully with the details, i.e. different operators would have different specifications and rules.

GGuest Userwent to the swimming pool and it was murky. cant even see through the water. supposedly to be able to check in by 3pm but the room was not available and had to wait more than 1hour. other than that cleaniness is there and close to the other lobby which is not crowded.
