Swing and Pillows properties in Kuala Lumpur

Pretty good overall. Just a heads up, there's no drinking water in the rooms, but there's a water dispenser in the hallway. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, a Chinese restaurant downstairs, and a really popular Mala Tang spot too. Oh, and on the last night, some foreigners next door were super loud. They woke me up at 1:30 AM. So, I'm giving the 'environment' a 2-star rating. On the bright side, the air conditioning doesn't blow directly on you, which is a definite plus (2 stars for that!).

Everything is fine. What I realized. Every swing and pillows hotel is close to 7 eleven. Good for buying things. And there is a motorcycle parking in front of the hotel. Suitable for solo riders.

We chose this place for a family getaway, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The biggest issue was the quality of the amenities—they were rated 'Poor' for a reason. Many facilities seemed neglected or weren't fully functional, which made traveling with kids more difficult than it should have been. Service was just okay, but nothing stood out to make the stay memorable. Average at best.

Stepping into Swing & Pillows @ ICC Pudu introduced an atmosphere that felt grounded and intentionally structured.There was an immediate sense of clarity,as if the space had been designed to remove unnecessary distractions and focus entirely on comfort and balance.The environment did not attempt to impress through scale,but rather through its ability to maintain order and cohesion. The room itself carried a refined simplicity.Every element appeared to have a purpose,contributing to a seamless experience that felt both functional and calming.The bedding delivered a level of rest that felt restorative rather than routine,allowing sleep to come naturally.The arrangement of space supported a smooth flow,making the environment feel effortless to inhabit. The operational quality is strongly influenced by its management.Mr.Man Wai Chan(Lawrence)sets a consistent and composed standard that is reflected throughout the property.His leadership establishes a foundation of reliability.Navid manages the daily operations with attentiveness and efficiency,ensuring that every detail aligns with the overall rhythm of the place.Together,they create a system that functions without disruption. This property stands out not through extravagance,but through its ability to refine simplicity into something quietly remarkable.The experience feels balanced,steady,and genuinely satisfying.

I stayed at Kingston Hotel 6 for a short trip. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s very close to food places, shops, and nightlife in Bukit Bintang. It’s also easy to get around from here. The price is good if you're on a budget. The staff were professional, friendly and really helped when needed. WiFi was good too. Overall, it’s a good place if you just need a budget and simple room to sleep in.

Hair dryer, mug, water jug, kettle, table lamp, hot shower, ceiling fan available. Hot water, drinking water dispenser in the hallway. They even have a living area. Opposite is setapak central mall. And they even fold the towers into cute things. No television and no staff after 11pm, but check out should be no problem.

This was a last minute booking as my previous accommodation was not good. I was exhausted and needed a place to stay. As soon as I booked and entered this accomodation, Sejal and Noor were going above and beyond to assist me. They even gave me early check in and a better room with a window when my previous room didn’t have one. During check out, Nudge was super helpful to store my luggage. Definitely will be back.

I came here around midnite.. it’s a very good location . Eatery is nearby … Mr Lakshi , the front desk was really nice … definitely will come back 😍😍❤️❤️

Located right at the Petaling Street. The hotel offers great location and service. The front desk guy Hassan was friendly and supportive, much appreciated. For those who travel with heavy luggage, you need to walk a bit as the car is not allowed. Also, reception is not open 24hours, if you check out early, the deposit of 50 Ringgit should be refunded on previous day. For a 2 night stay, this hotel is the best for m

The staff were very helpful when check in and out. The room was quite big for family of 4 with lil kids. Bathroom okay, water pressure good. Free parking near our room and easy walking distance to lrt sultan ismail. At night also there is no noise like other reviews stated before. For improvement, please put mirror wall for make up and dress up. Overall we had a nice stay and worth every penny.
