The Langit Duyong Marina Resort

Clean room but toilet cleanliness could be improved. Nice location with sea view for a calming atmosphere. Breakfasts are below average, not many choices available. Facilities such as kid’s swimming pool is under maintenance, the ground floor of gymnasium is also under maintenance but have full equipment at the upper floor.

Booked a family room for 2 nights and with 1 day breakfast. Room was clean and neat, spacious as well. Breakfast buffet was normal, less choices. Hotel is very closed to Chinatown which can get all kinds of food we want. The only problem is parking, every time drive out from hotel, we have to WhatsApp the hotel to open the gate for us to avoid any parking fee. Also, having construction at the pool and also some maintenance outside our room. During daytime to 7pm was quite noisy and dusty. Overall, it's a pleasant stay here.

The resort was under major refurbishment, we couldn’t enjoy the view really much. The room is spacious, suitable for family, but the bath tub drainage didn’t have cover, contacted customer service and they promised to send someone to fix it, but it turned out no one came through out our stay for 2 nights. Water sprinklers used wetted out stairs, need to use another nearby stair from/to our room. Old resort with mould on ceiling. They used LPR for carpark, need to WhatsApp their customer service and wait for their reply to validate, otherwise need to pay for carpark. We experienced twice failure exit, need to contact customer service on the spot. Booked for two nights but card was blocked on the second day, contacted customer service and they sent someone to fix, thank you for assisting.

It was an amazing trip! With an amazing view, if I have tha chance I’ll be there once again!

They in the midst doing major refurbishment across all the chalets, hopefully things will be more refreshed.

The room and overall environment were beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. However, during my stay, I experienced several issues with the water supply in the bathroom. The problem happened multiple times, and I had to contact the maintenance staff more than five times. There were even some misunderstandings and discussions regarding fixing the issue and changing rooms. Thankfully, the staff managed the situation professionally in the end and provided complimentary breakfast as compensation, which I truly appreciated. Despite the inconvenience, I still enjoyed my stay because the hotel itself is truly beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come back again in the future, hoping for an even better experience next time!

Very good location with a river view balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities and amenities provided are great, the only downside is the water pressure for bathtub and shower are low

For the first time my family and i stay at the langit duyong resort. My grand children loved the pool very much. My husband and i love the view at lobby hotel . We can see from far the drawn bridge of kuala terengganu. The room we stay is family suites so big for 5 adult and 3 children. If i come to KT the langit duyong must be the first choice… we must stay here for another holiday..

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel recently. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and responsive, making the overall experience smooth. Overall, a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. Would consider staying here again
