This the 2nd time I stayed here, they expanded to the next few buildings. The only complaint is the noise from the next building construction and also the mosquito.

Good: Clean, close to bus station, convinience store, smooth check-in and checkout, fast lift, cons: only 1 lift

The hotel is right next to Chinatown (about a 10-minute walk). Luckily, there's a 7-Eleven downstairs where you can grab essentials, and a pharmacy too. For the price, I think it's fantastic value for money! The room was comfortable, and it had a window with good natural light. The only minor drawback was that the mirror was a bit dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly.

The room feels brand new—spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the famous nasi dagang atas toll. Definitely a top pick, highly recommended!

The room is average. Very spacious and convenient. However, the cleanliness of the room is a bit less satisfying. There are 3 huge windows with the view of the streets below. But the window ledge is full of bird droppings and it looked really horrible. (refer to pictures) The bed headboard is also very2 dusty.

The room was well-equipped, and I appreciated having a pantry where I could get water and a microwave to heat up food. The location was perfect, close to Chinatown for easy access to food, and there was a 7-Eleven and Plan A restaurant nearby.

Love everything about this property but let’s work more on the cleanliness especially the toilet. You all need extra scrubbing or bleaching. Anyways, I would stay here again next time.

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The location was perfect... The staff made us feel at home. Specific shoutouts for staff assistance are also helpful.

Hotel located at the city of Kuala Terengganu. Easy to access to nearly shop. Surrounding with almost familiar bank in town. Clean is superb. Room provided both fan & aircond. Can change to fan when it is too cold. Suitable family with child. Good job.

Good place

Everything was okay! The front desk staff were polite, and free parking was a big plus. However, there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness; I found a few small cockroaches in the room. Also, if you're visiting during Ramadan, be aware that very few food vendors or restaurants are open during the day.

The hotel's facilities and hygiene were appalling, and some rooms didn't even have windows. We stayed for two days and almost went crazy! I guess the only upside is the location is pretty good!
