Timurbay Residences

It is advertised as 2 bedroom, but is essentially a studio apartment with another small room attach to it. The “main” room itself is where the bed, living and mini kitchen located. Parking, not very suitable for large SUV. Good/direct access to beach is a plus👍🏼. Attach pix is the view from our unit🤦🏻♂️

Room Comfort & Facilities: The units are actually fully furnished studio or multi-bedroom service apartments. Most hosts provide excellent in-room amenities, including large refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, induction cookers, and kitchenware.

The place is superb in terms of location and facilities, but in terms of amenities, it would be great if they could provide a microwave and some coffee or tea sachets.

I wish they would accept card payment for security deposit because people rarely use cash anymore. And rooms on second floor shouldn’t really be called seaview room coz there isn’t much of the sea you can see from a second floor balcony

We book 2 of deluxe triple room is not a Seaview unit but beach and pool is nearby within 5min walking distance. The disadvantage is parking is very far and need to go top level multi storey parking.

Location is great, walk way to beach. Room is spacious and cleanliness is satisfactory. The only not good is parking very far from room, not convenient for old people.

Good thing about this apartment is, air cond is good, and it’s relatively clean.  I will write what I see,  the bedsheets and quilt cover is full of stains,  it’s really time to change new sets.  There is no separate air cond split unit inside small room with single bed.  The under sink pipe in dining area came off during our stay, good thing is management sent repairman within 30minutes.  Quite a number of eateries near the apartment, this is a plus point.  Beach access was good.
