Good location, spacious room. Deposit RM50+RM3 tax collected upon checkin. Breakfast too basic.

WIFI VERY TERRIBLE.. HOTEL SHOULD NOT SAY THEY HAVE WIFI. USELESS WIFI AND BAD ATTITUDE FROM STAFF

Room is quite spacious. Decent quality for the price paid. Room is slightly dusty and require a bit more effort by housekeeping team to vacuum the floor prior to guests’ arrival.
Breakfast buffet spread is good. Parking space is a bit tight for my MPV vehicle. Location is excellent. Smacked right in the city centre.

A good location to stay with your family in the middle of Kuantan.It is also quite near to East Coast Mall.The room price is affordable too.
