1. Parking is self-paid, costing 65 cents per hour to the city council, except on Sundays and public holidays. 2. There are many eateries nearby, and it's within walking distance to Kuantan Tower or Padang as it's in the city center. 3. There is hotel parking available for RM3, but you need to get it verified at the counter every time you exit the hotel. 4. Staff are okay. 5. The building only has 4 floors. 6. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not strong. 7. The TV and bathroom are okay.

This hotel is always my top choice whenever I'm in Kuantan, especially for short getaways or quick business trips. It's strategically located right in the city center, next to a food court and with a restaurant nearby. The hotel is clean and the front desk service is fast. The only downside is the water pressure, which isn't stable – sometimes strong, sometimes weak. Overall, it's good and suitable.

They offer QR codes for Kuantan city parking payment at the front desk and in the elevators, which makes paying super convenient. For a 100 MYR room, you really can't expect too much. Even though there were several things I wasn't happy with, for the price, it was acceptable.

Kula cakes is very close, just a 10-minute walk. At night, you can go to Art Street, also within walking distance. Food is easy to find. The best part is that the room is big and clean.

The best hotel so far. Worth the price. Would definitely repeat.

This hotel is really great! 👍 The room was clean and comfortable, I felt very secure and at ease during my stay. The staff were also very friendly and always helped quickly with any issues. The location is super convenient too. I'll definitely come back next time! 😊
