is it okay to sleep... the aircond is not cold at all... take the family room... but everyone is crowded because they want to be close to the aircond.. the cleanliness is normal... the cleanliness of the floor and toilet needs to be improved

All utilities are in the room... Clean and comfortable

1st the bed and pillows is really uncomfortable,the bed was stiff and it feels dirty after sleep.whole body is pain & itchy Can’t sleep at all.The toilet is so small & whole room is so smelly .not a nice stay

The hotel location at Jalan Haji Abdul Rahman, Kuantan City centre at the back of Balai Polis Kuantan, Pahang. The room is clean tidy and comfortable. Air-conditioning is cold. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.
