Everything just good to stay here.As always,just loveeee.Very suitable for those single travelers or couple that just need place to sleep.

Ok for basic stay. Location good but room is not very clean but ok for just sleeping only.

Very good location. Staff good to service . But hotel should to make more clean . First of all I read the comment and try to prepare my self bring personal sleeping sheet towel bathing kit . . But better hotel just change the bed sheet pillow . It’s will b ok

Disgusting and waste of money

Its so bad and smelly i mean when i enter the room there was this strong cigarette smell moreover, the day i went my room was not available instead i was offered with someone's else room

The room rate is cheap and the location is ok and close to Swinburne University. Surrounding area also can find some shops to eat to cover basic dining requirement either day or night. Hotel does not provide any supply is the room like mineral water, towel, tooth brush, shampoo/shower gel and even toilet roll. With the cheap rates, certainly the room quality is poor like bed is not solid, bath room is not very clean (but still usable), some of the facilities inside the room is not fully working, e.g. some power point not working, air-con can only turn on/off (cannot adjust other things like air swing), WiFi is very weak at 2nd floor too.

Too noisy and couldn’t sleep well. Very bad experience...

urghhh, the location not updated. in apps Koptel Budget Hotel, but already change to Check In Express. phone number in apps NOT UPDATED. cannot call the cs. the smelly room !! toilet ada lipas !! once you enter the room, you already can smell 🤢 take around 2 weeks to refund back the deposit !! customer need to follow up on the refund !! urghh !! WORST EVER !!

They did not return my deposit after 5 days of check out and did not respond my chat for a refund after acknowledging my WhatsApp chat.

I asked for a towel because no towels provided inside the room. The receptionist keep saying , it is no stock. And will bring towel to my room if its ready. Then the next day i asked again, the said in the process of drying it , then when night, i checked there are no towel at all, how i am supposed to dry my body after bathing? . I ASKED FOR 3 days straight but no towel given at all. Thanks!!

Can't expect much as it is a budget hotel. Location is good in between the city and airport. Spring Shopping Mall is just a few hundred meter away.
