Sheraton Kuching Hotel Reviews

Always a good time at Sheraton. This time I had the time to use the gym, tho small it has enough threadmills. Swimming pool is lovely in the evening too.

We got the room with the bathtub this time. Since it was rainy outside, we got to soak 🛁 even both a bubble bath ball to use. 🤣 Time well spent.

Hotel is near to Kuching waterfront and many tourist attractions around the Sarawak river. The infinity Swimming pool will be the highlight of this hotel overseeing the Sarawak river It is also the newest hotel in the area, so facilities wise is quite well maintained

very nice hotel and very clean with good service! Many facilities there and the pool view is very beautiful. Very luxury hotel New hotel and we hope it can keep the quality all times.

The facilities are excellent as it's a newly built hotel. I was especially satisfied with the king-sized bed; it was spacious enough for a family of three. We added an extra bed for our child, but it probably wasn't even necessary. My only minor regret is that the large guest room I stayed in didn't have a bathtub. The pool view is superb, and with a roof overhead, you can use it regardless of the time or weather, which is great. The water is a bit cold, though. The indoor showers at the pool were incredibly convenient. You can even get towels from the gym, so you can shower there before heading back to your room. My only slight disappointment is that some staff members didn't quite deliver the 5-star service expected of a hotel like this. Despite that, if you're ever in Kuching, I highly recommend staying here.

Seriously doubt if the towels in this 5-star chain hotel have been cleaned at all.

New hotel great location, at the center of the city. Service was average. Daily room cleaning completed rather late average after 3pm on the 4 days we stayed. It seems like the case that the hotel is short of stuff. Nespresso machines were available in the room which we enjoyed a lot! Overall a great stay.

Not too bad but parking need to pay @.@ very not reasonable since we stay in the room but need to pay parking

Everything is fine at this hotel except lift bell is too loud when it reach the floor desire. Complimentary coffee at lobby bar is good quality.

Food was amazing. Service pun okay. Not bad. Thank you Sheraton Hotel for the great hospitality. Keep it up.

The hotel is quite new, and all the facilities are great. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is plentiful. It's really close to the Kuching landmark, and you can see beautiful scenery walking along the river.
