The hotel rooms were very clean and well-equipped, the staff were excellent, and the environment was quite quiet. However, a few flying insects did get into the bathroom.

It is clean and good service but a bit far from old town Kuching. A good price is also a positive point for traveller.

Stayed at Impiana by Roxy Hotel Kuching. The hotel has a nice and modern design, with a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was convenient. Overall, a good and enjoyable stay.

The hotel lobby design looks good, room is super spacious however the bedding (mattress too soft), amenities and toiletries and breakfast is just so so only. Location wise is convenient with taxi/grab to mobile around but walking distance is not near to anything. The mart at lobby area price point is a bit high, especially the water they sell.

This hotel is great, suitable for families or groups because the rooms are spacious. It's also close to the city center.

It is quite near to the sarawak general hospital - but it is still bit inconvenient if u r travelling by Grab car - as that area will always be jammed with traffic during peak hours, and it is NOT walkable to the hospital - too far (15-20mins walk) and the road is not walking friendly. Receptionist - very slow. Only 1 staff around when we are checking in - and we have to wait for about 15mins to finally done check in. and you gotta keep the receipt (that u paid for the deposit) in order to get the deposit back lol -isnt it should be logged in the system already why still need clients to show the physical receipt? Room: bathroom is dirty with stain on the wall and corner. Towel rack is broken and cant be fixed still even after their service man came. The room is VERY noisy with the air con /air vent on - not sure which is the one contributing to the noise - but it has definitely affecting our sleep. Also not really sure why there is a huge pillar in the middle of the room.

The room i stayed in was abit outdated with smelly sheets & pillows, however the room is quite large

Came here for work, very nice hotel and location is good, next time come Sarawak will definitely choose here again.

Hotel at a great location near to the airport and also not far from semengoh reserve. There is a bus that can connect us to the reserve directly. The amenities could be improved.

Nice and comfort hotel stay in city center of Kuching, will be back for next stay
