It's good to stay here. Near all basic facilities.

The walls are a bit fragile and the sheets smell

the hotel just nice except reception counter, need to be alert. they said open for 24/7. i went downstair twice but the receiptionist didn't show up.

Overall, if this hotel is graded in terms of percentages, I would give it a 30% for good air conditioning, thick blankets, adequate for the offered blankets, and thick. In addition, hot shower water works well. The rest is dreadful. I requested to wear an iron, and the male staff agreed to provide me one. I waited till I checked out, and no one arrived to send me an iron. Please learn to smile, Muslim female servants who are unfriendly. Only the people that look after me in the morning when I check out are good at smiling. I'm not sure how the female staff can give us a room without providing us with a towel; I have to go down to ask for one. Narrow room. There were no Kleenex, not even toilet paper. Overall, I believe you can make this hotel a stopover. But for a lengthy stay, perhaps last.

This hotel is located in Metrocity which provides various facilities. Easy to find restaurants, laundry and other necessities.

Aircond not cold..the tv also cant see anythingg..no chanelll!!! It's very noisy from outside the room, the room is not soundproof..the mirror can be opened anytime by people from outside because the view from the mirror is a place that can be used to walk around..not safeeeee!!!! There is no TV broadcast.. stay here because the price is cheap.. it must be cheap, everything is complete and ok.. even the reception is just like the place to close is empty, nothing.. me and husband don't want to repeat here.. let me pay cheap but a safe and complete place just like a hotel from paying cheap but everything is ok.. hurmm..

A very bad experience with the hotel eventho i always stay there..i'vs booked a hotel for a family room. But when arrived they said that its a regular room.. eventho the trip vouchers state that it is the family room.. i bet they sold the room to someone else.. luckily the trip customer service treat me very nice and help me regarding this issues.. 5 star to the trip customer service, 1 star for the hotel service

The hotel is very convenient and the living facilities are good. It only costs RM10 to get a taxi to the city. It's very quiet at night. The air conditioner is very good. The bed sheets are pillow ok. The cp value is good
