Always my go to when I visit Kuching. It’s clean, room large enough, no stuffy smell even no window room, great location, close to almost everything. Peaceful at night.

I've been to Kuching over a dozen times, and this is by far my favorite and most satisfying hotel. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. 1) It puts me in a good mood. 2) The bedding is clean, fresh, and dry. 3) You need a room card to access the elevator, which provides high security. 4) All the little details are well thought out. Excellent value for money!

Suitable for short stays. Breakfast is provided. Ample parking available.

The facilities are a bit dated and show their age. The location isn't ideal for walking to attractions, so you'll need to rely on Grab. Conveniently, there's a 7-Eleven right next door for essentials. The staff were very warm and friendly.

Property was clean but not at strategic location except nearby walking distance with few coffee shops for simple meals.

Overall is ok, however I was stayed for 3 nights, but the lift out of service since day 1 until checked out...

Overall, the service was quite good. However, the Wi-Fi requires a verification code and has an expiration date, which could be improved as it takes up the guest's time.

Service is nice, the staff all friendly. The rooms were great, clean and comfy.

Check in process was smooth, staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Room was clean, comfortable and well equips with all the basic amenities. Initially our aircond wasn't cooling properly, so we informed the staff. They responded promptly and give us a different room which turned out to be more spacious and comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I booked a room for my mother in Kuching for three nights after her knee surgery. There was a wheelchair available to assist her from the lobby to her room. All the hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located, close to many restaurants.
