Location is great. Just opposite the Spring mall. Lot's of shopping and dinning option. Room was clean. Staff very friendly.

Room service has rooms for improvement. Shower was not cleaned during room service, looked like they only changed the sheets and towels but no cleaning was done. Also room was not cleaned everyday, we had to call reception to ask for toilet paper and tissue refill because they didn't come for 3 days. Location is very good near many food places and also the Spring mall is just opposite the apartment (need to cross overhead bridge so not so friendly for elderly)

The cleanliness need to be take care of, can feel some bugs when lying on the bed and request for a change, the service is fine

For those who may not know, the lobby is located on level 2 and is accessible by lift. The room I stayed in was very spacious; however, the cleanliness could be improved, as there were stains on the white duvet cover. I was on the 10th floor, and it was quiet at night, despite being in the city center. A water purifier is available along the corridor, and cooking utensils are provided, so you can prepare your own meals if you'd like. The Spring Shopping Mall is just opposite the hotel and can be easily accessed via a skybridge.

Sound proof is terrible! I am staying faint the main road and you are literally sleeping at the road side. I am on level 6.

Location is out of the city centre but convenient enough as it is along the main trunk road into town, although the road can be quite jammed at peak hours.. Accomodation is spacious and comfortable enough but unfortunately the furniture and fixtures are not in best condition (doors cant close properly etc).

Good stay, free upgraded to 1 bedroom with iving room and kitchen, opposite of The spring Mall, easy to get Grab to anywhere. Few restaurant within walking distance as well.

Very nice hotel apartment to stay for short trip and free water dispenser right in-front of my room stayed. Will stay again next time and recommend to ppl.

Perfect stay. The staff very friendly It just the room I took should be more spacious because it equipped with sofa. But it just normal room with extra sofa 😔
