Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The staff was very helpful as I changed date to earlier By one day .the really helpful to do changed date Without paying extra charged . The check out was very smooth too. Booked 2 connecting rooms for a night and the price was very cheap since i booked the rooms 2 weeks before the stay. The room was average but the toilet was not very clean. I saw ants around the coffee table. Quite frustrated with the breakfast. We came down around 9am but the breakfast was not enough for 4 of us. Just left a few. The receptionist told us that the breakfast will be served until 10am. But how come not even 10am, all food finished?

worth the price,have swimming pool. we reached kulim around 11pm so thought of just want to find a cheap hotel to sleep only but ended up swimming in the pool the next day. it has basic amenities,the ID also basic..more like house vibes than hotel but overall worth,booked it for rm60 (deluxe room)
