Hotel Sunroute Kumagaya Station

The location is good, close to the station. The explanation at check-in was quick and polite. The amenities are in the room, so you don't have to carry them around.

Although I checked in late at night, the front desk staff were very welcoming. The explanation of how to use the parking lot was also thorough, so I was able to stay without any complaints. I look forward to your continued support.

Facilities: All the necessary facilities are available, but Japanese hotels are small as usual. Hygiene: There is an auntie who cleans every day and keeps it very clean. Environment: You can see it when you exit the south exit of Kumagaya Station (I don’t understand why people go to Kumagaya) Service: Small hotel, no service, no late check-out, and an extension fee will be charged if you check out after 11 o'clock.

It was very convenient as it was close to the station, but the Wi-Fi environment was very poor. I asked the front desk but the situation did not change, and it was inconvenient for PC work. I hope they will improve it.

熊谷駅から歩いても5分かからず、えきまえにはコンビニもあり、非常に便利なロケーションでした。部屋は6階建ての6階でしたが、静かで落ち着いて過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
