"I chose to stay here because it was easier than taking the first train in the morning, I got a good deal through the app, and it's a new build with a public bath. APA Hotels generally have a nice, clean entrance and the front desk staff are well-trained, which I appreciate. After checking in, I went out for groceries and got caught in a downpour. I asked the front desk for help and they immediately lent me an umbrella, which was a lifesaver. The public bath was spacious and very relaxing. It's close to the station, has a public bath, and even though the room is a bit small, you can watch TV from the chair. For this price, I would definitely stay here again."

"A trip with my grandchild! On the first day, we stayed at a hotel in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture (it wasn't very good). On the second day, we went to the Kumagaya Hana Hotel in Saitama Prefecture. It was wonderful, even though it cost about the same as the first day's hotel. I would like to look for and use Hana Group hotels in the future. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality."
