The elevator had a strong cigarette smell, and the bed was quite firm. Breakfast was a very simple Japanese meal, and at 1,300 yen per meal, it felt overpriced; I would have preferred a meal from a convenience store instead. On the positive side, I appreciated being able to pick up drip coffee from the front desk to enjoy in my room. The front desk staff were also very helpful and responsive. The price was reasonable, and the location was exceptionally convenient. I had a dinner event in the city, and the Ginza Press parking garage I used was conveniently nearby. Next time, I would book a room without breakfast.

The location is quite remote. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk after getting off the train. The room is really small. You have to get your toothbrush at the front desk. There are convenience stores around, and there is a main store of Ajisen Ramen.

The service is good and the staff is very friendly. Although it's a little outside the city center, it's a place worth walking around. It's nice because the view is clear and refreshing. I couldn't hear the noise from the road outside as much as I thought, but I could hear the sound of water flowing inside. I am satisfied with both the facilities and the location for the price. However, like typical Japanese hotels, the room size is a bit small and there is no space to spread out luggage.

The hotel is right in front of Suizenji Park and there is a tram right in front, so it was easy to access. The hotel was also clean and nice.
