Friendly staff with easy to access location. Good selection of breakfast. The pipes in the bathroom was little smelly. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Perfect location, 3 mins walking to bus terminal and Sakura machi planza. We stayed in triple room, with pretty good price and good speace of the room.

The location is very convenient, right across from a department store! There are also bathtubs and dehumidifiers, and water and ice are available on the second floor, along with washing machines and vending machines. The only minor drawbacks are that the water pressure in the shower is too low and the pillows are too soft!

Newly opened, the room was very clean. The Shinshi Street pedestrian mall is on the right, the tram stop is across the street, and the Sakuramachi bus terminal is across the street. Transportation is excellent. The breakfast is delicious, featuring local horse meat dishes, mustard lotus root, and more. Toiletries are available for pick-up in the lobby on the first floor. The only annoying thing was that the bedside alarm clock woke me up at midnight. I don't know who set it, but I only rested after removing the batteries. If you're going to get off the bus, this is the place to stay; it's a great value.

The hotel is in a great location, opposite the bus terminal, very close and convenient. The famous tonkatsu is only 2 minutes away. At the back of the hotel, it is very close to Kumamoto Castle. There is a large department store in Sakura-cho, one stop away from the hotel.

The location is great. It's close to the downtown area at night! However, the hotel is at an intersection, so I couldn't find a parking lot. I had to park at a Times store, which cost 2,500 yen. It's inconvenient if you don't check the hotel's parking lot in advance!
