The room was spacious enough. The cleanliness could be improved, as there was dust in many areas. The air conditioning/heating made it comfortable. The location is convenient, with plenty of parking lots nearby.

We traveled to our Kumamoto hotel by ferry from Nagasaki. The hotel's location is very convenient. My only suggestion for improvement would be regarding the cleanliness. Also, there's no need to use the hotel's parking as there are many cheaper parking options nearby!

The room was incredibly spacious and offered excellent value for money, especially for a family room. The washing machine was a huge bonus. What's more, the bathroom was thoughtfully designed for drying clothes, complete with a drying/dehumidifying function! 👍

This is our second time staying at FAV Hotel, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Firstly, the room design is very modern, giving it a comfortable feel. The interior color palette primarily uses warm tones, complemented by wooden decor, creating a cozy atmosphere. The room's layout is also very practical. The bunk bed design is especially suitable for family travelers; children can play on them, making it easier for parents. Additionally, the beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring we had a good night's sleep. In terms of space, the room is exceptionally spacious, and it provides plenty of charging ports. The room is equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine, which is extremely convenient. The only minor drawback is the limited parking, with only three spaces available. However, there's a nearby parking lot which costs just 600 yen for the whole night. Furthermore, there's a convenience store within a one-minute walk. In summary, I was extremely satisfied with the design, comfort, and convenience of the rooms at this hotel. Highly recommended for family travelers!
