The room was quite spacious for a Japanese budget hotel; I could easily open two suitcases on the floor. The self-service amenity station on the second floor at the front desk was super convenient, with a huge variety of items, including drip coffee and even proper disposable slippers! Having a 7-Eleven downstairs was a bonus for grabbing things. Oh, and the shower pressure was great too. I'm really happy with this place!

We booked the twin room, it’s spacious. Location is great, very near the shopping street. They provided more amenities such as body lotion etc on the front desk when check in, nice gesture. Breakfast is ok, japanese food, the coffee is good

No need to say much about this hotel chain, you can find them in major cities across Japan. It's super convenient to get here from Kumamoto Station by tram. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and very new, and the staff are warm and patient – there's even a lady who speaks Chinese. Right downstairs, you'll find a bustling shopping street with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Great location, walking access to Kumamoto Castle, SAKURA MACHI, and right next to Shimotori Shopping Arcade. Car Parking overnight JPY2000. Staffs were helpful and good breakfast. Definitely stay again next visit to Kumamoto!

Excellent location, within walking distance to the shopping street and Kumamoto Castle. Easily accessible from the JR line via tram A. The facilities are very new, and the bed is comfortable. If you need housekeeping, don't forget to hang the sign; we forgot to!
