As per your booking amendment, we received confirmation for 17 + 1 rooms for 38 guests, with an expected check-in time between 07:00 PM and 07:30 PM, followed by a dinner buffet arrangement. However, we were later informed through the group guests that they would be reaching our Kumbakonam property around 11:30 PM and would require dinner at that time. We regret to inform you that this was not feasible, as our restaurant operates only until 10:30 PM. The same was communicated to the group in advance. From our side, we offered to arrange lunch instead of dinner as an alternative; however, this was declined by the guests at the time of check-in. The group eventually checked in at around 01:00 AM. During check-in, it was mentioned that the booking was for 18 + 1 rooms. Nevertheless, we accommodated the requirement and provided the requested rooms. From check-in until check-out, we received only two service requests from the group: assistance with operating the hot water taps and an issue regarding the bathroom exhaust. Both concerns were attended to immediately and resolved promptly. As per our hotel’s standard policy, we do not permit drivers, Swiggy/Zomato delivery personnel, courier staff, or outside visitors to access guest rooms. This policy is strictly followed to ensure the safety and security of all our in-house guests. Additionally, we do not allow any non-registered persons to use guest rooms for bathing or any other activities. Only registered guests are permitted inside the rooms at all times. For your kind information, we did not levy any charges for the two drivers who consumed breakfast and used the room facilities. Please check the Bills.
