Iberostar Herceg Novi - All Inclusive

It is an all inclusive hotel and they are not mean. The quality of food and drinks are better than expected. Worth the stay.

I’m coming back again this year! Because this hotel has exceeded all expectations. From arrival to departure everything has been perfect. The weather was slightly warmer than usual, the hotel reception Bodjar was charming & helpful. The spa girls gave amazing treatments. The pool bar & beach bar staff were so friendly and polite. Kids club was super interactive along with adult games for us! Everyone is so friendly and polite. The water taxi to take you from the hotel to heroic Novi is adorable and a great service the guys do a great job! The restaurant chefs make beautiful food! I do not have one complaint and there is something for everyone. They really cater to everything. Eden the restaurant waiter was really friendly and there is never a plate left empty at your table they just come and clear it right away! Overall the hotel has been un faulted & I will return later in the year :) well done Herceg novi iberostar thankyou jet2 holidays! & see you soon xxx Tracy

Enjoyed our 10 nights all inclusive stay in this hotel with exceptional views of the bay of Kotor. Our room, on the 4th floor of the Kometa building, was very good. We appreciated the huge queen size bed, copious storage facilities and the well equipped bathroom ( with the walk in rain shower). The views from the balcony were beautiful. A slight drawback was the fact that the pool bar was just below us so there was obviously noise emanating from this area. However it was bearable once the patio door was closed and no noise was heard after midnight in any case. In fact most nights we were outside enjoying the provided entertainment either at this bar or down by the beach bar. Many thanks to the entertainment team, every one of them who made us feel included. Actually thanks to every member of staff for the exceptionally good service , from the reception team, restaurant and bar staff, cleaners and groundsmen etc. We looked forward to the meals in the restaurant and the excellent choice of well prepared and cooked food on offer, surely something to suit everyone’s palate! Slight ****** here was that the hot dishes soon cooled down and especially as there were no hot plates available. The choice of fresh fruit was amazing and the daily specials display worth a photo or two! We never struggled to find a seat, often looking out on that gorgeous bay. The last evening was slightly manic due to a large influx of new guests but meal times were flexible so choose carefully times of dining. The pool and hotel beach were lovely but ,for us “oldies”, more comfortable seating would be appreciated other than the generous supply of loungers but not a cushion to be found! Personally we like to sit upright when relaxing to read and drink and an area, partially shaded with said seating, would be a much appreciated addition. Also so would a larger indoor area be a welcome feature during inclement weather. Montenegro is a beautiful country and we enjoyed a couple of day trips out, booked via the lady by the pool. The boat taxi over to Herceg Novi was well used and the old town is well worth a visit. We also asked reception to call a taxi for us on a couple of occasions. For 7 euros the taxi took us to Igalo and from there we walked along the promenade to Herceg Novi ( and beyond) and then got the boat taxi back to the hotel. Thank you all at Iberostar Herceg Novi for a memorable holiday on our 51st wedding anniversary.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. We upgraded to the ***** building which is nearer all the amenities. Lovely room but very compact. The hotel has spectacular panoramic views. The hotel is spotless inside and out. The restaurant offered spectacular sea views and varied food choices. The pool and sea were crystal clear. The only downside is its remote location. We went over to the old town via the water taxi one evening and got a taxi to Dubrovnik on anther night. It would benefit from an A La Carte restaurant to break the evening meal option up. Overall a fantastic stay with helpful polite staff and enthusiastic entertainment staff. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The food in this hotel is very bad. There wasn't even chicken. The food is cold. Pork and shrimp overcooked, cubed soup. The semi-finished products were bought in a store and only heated. Glasses and other dishes are dirty. Chefs work more on their phones than in the kitchen. This is not a 4 but a 3 star hotel.

The most beautifully located hotel with stunning views. An all-inclusive treat; 4 fabulous days to decompress from busy lives. Spotlessly clean and a great range of food and drink (slightly better labelling of vegetarian options would have been helpful- but plenty of choice for vegan/vegetarians) Great breakfasts and delicious pizzas Locally sourced alcoholic drinks were plentiful, as were soft drinks/coffees etc A surprise birthday cake and bottle of fizz added to the occasion A taxi boat was frequent, and boat trips could be booked further afield. Staff were all attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Daily clean of the spotless bedroom with fresh fluffy towels was much appreciated. Great shower too. We didn’t use the spa- but heard good reports from other guests. Would highly recommend- and definitely going to return

Excellent hotel with an amazing location, the views from wherever you are in the hotel are fantastic. Rooms are good plenty of space large balconies, staff are friendly and helpful. Food is very good plenty of choice over 7 days. Pool is very cold but once you're in it's still cold lol. Drinks are plentiful and good quality. Tge entertainment team are very good and not the pushy type. Nighttime entertainment is a bit naff but due to location they have a captive audience All in all had a great week at the hotel. Shop around for excursions, Jet2 are expensive we used the girl by the pool.

We just had the most amazing family holiday at Iberostar in Montenegro. The hotel was clean, and the rooms are attended to everyday. The food consisted of a decent variety, with as much fresh fish and meat cooked for you to your liking. And as for the hotel staff, they really make the experience A class! Everyone and I mean everyone from the house keeper, receptionists, to the bar staff, restaurant workers and the animation team. We were consistently greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by everyone, and they were absolutely amazing with my two little ones. My daughter was old enough to join in with some activities at the Kids Club and she enjoyed those. As a family we joined Valentina on a scenic walk to a beautiful iew spot and I also did some activities solo. There's always something going on. We also enjoyed a couple of days by the pool and on the private hotel beach. The water is gentle and easy enough to enter. I felt at ease letting my two play and dip their toes in the sea. The views are stunning. Day trips out can easily be arranged as there's always someone there (Bobita was great) to sort. The hotel is definitely tricky for people not able to climb stairs, other than that I highly recommend this for a family destination in the sun! Thank you to all the workers there, you're really doing a great job for your guests. Special thanks to: entertaining and brilliant work with the kids: Valentina, Kate and Bobita. In the restaurant Aldo, Tijana, Mirko, Vuk and Semir and on reception Vanja who was always available to help and helped a lot. Not forgetting my favourite bar server, Ruslan, who made me the best cocktails!

The stay at the Iberostar was great and remomorable thanks to the team who works there. When it comes about the object - it may be better. Rooms are small and I could hear all the noises from the next room. There was no bottled water in the room and also nothing at the minibars, but there was water dispensor at each floor. The safe was paid additionaly and the beach towels were given after paying deposit, which was strange. A simply card would be enough-when you don’t have it while checking out - you would play a fee. Hotel could also think about another way to confirm additional orders for the room - while checking out it turned out that somebody ordered chargable wine in the restaurant nad charged our room. The bill was not signed by us- at the end, we didn’t have to pay, but the ladies from reception paid for the bill from their own tips, which really felt us bad. The two big pros which made our stay unforgetable - Amazing views - Whatever you are doing that view is always with you and you can admire it all day and night. The second is Animation team. These people simply cannot be forgetten. Young, always with a simle, very kind with a lot of positive energy and great activities. We loved them all, but my heart was stolen by Valentina with her fitness classes and Yazi with her great smile and kindness! Great, great girls which I would remember for a long, long time. I never wanted to attend any fitness activities at my previous holidays, but this time was totaly different. I miss them a lot! I couldn’t fail to mention Nicolas, in whom my little 2-year baby felt definately in love, and I guess that feeling Worked in both ways. Amazing! But also the rest of the team was great. Without them our stay wouldn’t be the same and hotel would be only the building, which I would simply forget. Another big thanks for Bobana who could arrange you any trip you want. Really helpful and kind girl! IF you want to travel, go to her, she will organise everything you need. Greeting to you all from Poland Family!
