I really liked the hotel. Stylish design and excellent service. I think it's the best in the region.

Visited during the off-season, so the prices were much more affordable compared to peak season. Although only two restaurants were open, the food was delicious. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed from March 2nd to 5th, 2026. The pictures on the website really don't do this place justice – it's a truly luxurious hotel with first-class service. When we walked into our room, we were absolutely blown away by its design, spaciousness, and the stunning view of the Bay of Kotor and the beautiful hotel grounds. The bathroom deserves a special mention; it's as large as the bedroom! It features a huge panoramic window (which can be covered by blinds), a spacious walk-in wardrobe, and even a sofa right in the middle. The staff are beyond excellent, and I'm not talking about those with 'plastic' smiles. These are highly professional people with a genuine approach to guests. Breakfast is served à la carte, but everything is prepared and brought out very quickly. The hotel itself is located within the gated community of the new Portonovi development – it's an entire 'city' with hotels, apartments, restaurants, boutiques, and a beautiful marina filled with yachts. I highly recommend everyone visit the town of Herceg Novi; it truly offers memorable experiences. The promenade, stretching 6 km, and of course, the old town, deserve special attention. At the very top of the old town, you'll find a Roman amphitheater. It just so happened that my wife and I were completely alone there, and we even felt like performers – singing our favorite songs. Definitely recommend: this hotel is truly superb!

Service: Excellent! The staff were very efficient with positive, smiling attitudes, and respected guest privacy but were always there when needed. I especially loved the gym – they had water, protein powder, and even thoughtfully labeled the energy content of the Choco bar. This is currently my top hotel! They even gave a farewell gift when I checked out. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience :)

Beautiful location, but the service doesn't live up to the One&Only standard. The hotel is situated in a lovely spot, and the grounds are pleasant, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of what we've come to expect from the One&Only brand. Throughout our stay, we encountered numerous basic issues. At breakfast, waiters repeatedly brought dishes and drinks to our table that we hadn't ordered, and one staff member even made an inappropriate comment about us having 'ordered too much.' Service at the beach was very poor: staff often stood around in groups, chatting amongst themselves or looking at their phones, while guests had to call out multiple times just to order water or food. There were also concerns about the quality of the beachside food: the fruit initially served was stale and unappetizing, the salad was oversalted, and the tuna was overcooked. Although the fruit was later replaced, situations like these shouldn't happen at a hotel of this caliber. In our room, the bed was made up of two mattresses with a noticeable gap in the middle, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The condition of the beach restroom behind the restaurant was particularly disappointing: an unpleasant odor, dirty floors, and a general sense that it wasn't regularly cleaned. The hotel team responded to our complaints and apologized, but during our stay, it became clear that these problems were systemic across various areas of the hotel. One&Only in other countries has always been synonymous for us with high levels of service, attention to detail, and comfort. Here, unfortunately, the service was far from the expected standard of a five-star luxury hotel. The hotel has great potential, but currently, the quality of service needs significant improvement.

A very upscale hotel.

The service was truly exceptional; they even sent us a cake and wine. However, my friend's earring went missing here, presumably during room cleaning, and it was never found. The hotel environment itself is very good.

While the service and environment are undeniably good, it's not quite as amazing as people make it out to be online. If you're just curious to try it out, I'd say skip it. The hotel dinner is also very expensive.

So dull. The hotel is huge and the room is beautiful.
