No WiFi, the road is very bad for going in to the hotel. Very inconvenience. Got dust mites issue, causing skin sensitive and unable to sleep. The staff service very good. Got friendly dogs. The ceiling going to fall down. Water heater need to wait long time and hot water very fast finish. No TV. Got water filter but no water.

Quiet and peaceful stay in Kundasang. Not far from town but the Maps and Waze couldn't help to navigate to the stay. Heater, hair dryer and kettle was provided in room.

Really worth the price. Lots of pine trees. Perfect serenity and escape for hustle and bustle for the price. Hot water works perfectly fine and itโ€™s even better than some other more expensive stays that we went. However. The cleanliness of the comforter could be improved a lil bit. Itโ€™s a bit dusty. Otherwise. Everything was good

Stayed here for a night. The location is a little off because you cannot see Mt. Kinabalu anywhere, but you would find yourself surrounded by pine trees, which is also a point to add. You could hear the winds at night, a little scary but also serene at the same time. I would not be bothered by anything else except for the network. It was so slow during my stay, eventhough they provided the wifi. What is the point connecting to the wifi if you cannot use it anyway? Our phone network also did not work there, unfortunately. Itโ€™s a big concern because people would want to text, call their families and friends besides updating their social medias and making research for attractions etc. If the management team could figure this out and work for a better improvement on this issue, it would be great and more pleasurable to stay. Other than that, it was a good stay. Thank you!

Very clean room and also a very nice environment especially in the morning.. Cold floor during the night and using indoor slippers are really recommended. No fan in the room since it is so cool and the hotel located on top of the hill with such a good scenery

So so so cold during the night when there is no aircond, the room is clean just that it's near nature so there will be some bugs or ants. Very quite and peaceful place. Budget price and good service. Just that it's quite tricky to get in the hotel if using sedan, very bumpy and narrow road but still can drive through.
