We like the location near the road, safety wise very good. Water pressure is also very strong and the heater functions very well. Suitable for families of 5.

The location is good, just by the main road side. Car park is available. Cleanliness acceptable. If you want to stay take room by the side of the road, because the sound of the vehicle passing by may disturb your sleep.

Warm and friendly reception. Friendly and helpful staffs. Room condition is clean and tidy. They have restaurant downstairs and it is good and tasty. Bathroom is also clean and but the shower is not functioning but the heater is working. You just to adjust the hot and cold tap at the sink and pour it into a pale. Overall it still value for money. Great access to the main road. You you light sleeper you could ask for room not facing the road.

Well-located next to Kinabalu Park. I recommend it for the accommodation, but the restaurant isn't great...
